I recently had the pleasure of having Koz and Michael handle my installation, and I can’t speak highly enough about the outstanding job they did. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and expertise were immediately apparent. They took the time to walk me through the process, answered every question with patience and clarity, and treated my property with the utmost care and respect. Throughout the installation, Koz and Michael worked seamlessly as a team. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and it was clear they take great pride in doing things the right way. Not only was the final result flawless, but the entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free thanks to their skill and confidence. Bert (our consultant) was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful through the entire process. He was the final selling point for us choosing to go with Primary Home Improvement. He answered all our questions and explained all of our options, and made us feel confident in the decision we were making. The whole experience was very smooth thanks to his support. He was still able to be reached even after his initial consultation. Truly wonderful customer service. Great experience. Gio and Judy did an excellent job as our installers on this project. They were professional, efficient, and very respectful of our home. You would have never noticed renovations were being done with how clean they left it. They we're so kind to our children as well. Everything was explained clearly to us every step of the way. We can feel such a difference already in our home with the attic insulation. We are so glad we made this decision and very happy it was Gio and Judy that did the install.

From there, Shomari and his team—Branden and Spencer—were efficient, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. Mike and his team were also fantastic and maintained the same high level of professionalism throughout the project. Everyone involved provided detailed updates as needed, along with photos and videos of the completed work, which gave us full confidence in the progress. Once the job was finished, Shomari walked me through everything to ensure that no detail was missed. From initial consultation to final walkthrough, Primary Home Improvements has been a fantastic company to do business with. I could not recommend their services more.
