This is an outstanding group of folks from the initial visit to give me an estimate and the entire time at my home to do the work. They will also be coming out to do my yearly check up for my encapsulated crawl space. I got several estimates and Koons had the best price especially considering all the services we had them do at our home. We highly recommend Koons Crawl Space Solutions.

I would recommend Koons to anyone who needs their crawl space cleaned up. They did an inspection and provided a detailed estimate for the work they would do. Several options were provided depending on the level of service requested. Once the contract was completed, they scheduled a date. Works showed up on time on the date scheduled and completed the work in one week as promised. My crawl space is very tight with limited access, but they did an excellent job with the encapsulation and replacing the duct work. All the workers were very courteous and answered all questions. Overall, I was very pleased with the results of their work.

I got two quotes for gutter this company and another. The other company quoted me 3x as much for the same type of gutters (seamless). I think the only difference was the hangers they used and that wasn't worth the 3x quote These guys gave me a great quote for my whole house. They got me in within a month. When they came to install it only took a couple house and they were very nice and courteous. There happened to be a major rain later that day and the gutters worker beautifully

Try city work with me and the scheduling conflicts with the gas company! They were very accommodating and understanding. They made it happen when I was losing hope! Matt was the one who came out both times. He’s awesome!

We finally got to where I'm generally satisfied with the job, however there were a lot of missteps along the way. The spray foam installers are great. They maintained a positive attitude while working in extremely difficult conditions. The office staff was very helpful and pleasant. The management team is committed to improving and really worked with me to resolve my concerns.
