Found CHS based on Google Reviews and Ratings. Scheduling request was a breeze. Zach responded out for an initial and thorough home insulation assessment. He was very professional and took his time to explain options and reasoning toward developing a very comprehensive plan and helpful approach for the project. During installation from both teams, the prep and project was completed as stated and in a very non rushed manner, which was mostly appreciated. All calls and updates were equally appreciated as well from the office and responding teams. Would highly recommend CHS to others in the future.

In March 2025 I purchased exterior wall insulation (Dense-Pack Insulation) from Complete Home Solutions and the results have been fantastic. The original problem was that my house would not stay warm in the winter and would not cool down in the summer. I already had HVAC but I would also need to run space heaters or window ACs to get my home to a comfortable temperature which was very expensive. A Complete Home Solutions representative came to my home and did a very professional walk though. I had a week to make up my mind for the price quoted. I got quotes from 2 other companies and they had different approaches to the insulation process. Complete Home Solutions' process was the least disruptive and fastest. The insulation installation itself took 2 full days (each floor took 1 day). The team was very professional, worked quickly, and checked in with me to provide updates and ask for specifics. They did a good job cleaning up once they were done. TOTAL COST was $15,263.98 for all the exterior facing walls of my 1,144 sq ft house. My house now keeps a good temperature both upstairs and downstairs. I waited almost a year to leave a review so I could give feedback on both the service and the results.

I received services through the Weatherization Program and was very impressed. The team was professional, thorough, and did excellent work. Although the process took a little longer than expected, it was well worth the wait. They did a great job overall, and when a small crack appeared after replacing the toilet vent, they promptly came back and fixed it. I truly appreciate their service and would highly recommend this company to anyone. The photos were taken while the work was still in progress.
