Spray Foam Insulation in Annapolis, MD

David, Flip and the removal/installation team were a pleasure to work with. I was given a detailed estimate with 4 options which were thoroughly explained to me. I decided to replace my fiberglass batten crawl space insulation with sprayed closed cell foam. The price was very reasonable and the crawl looks great! I highly recommend Elite!

The company gave me a very good price for the attic insulation installation. The only thing to know is that you have to do inspection after the work is done. They did not install enough insulation in my attic the first time. After I inspected the quality of the installation, I have to send email to describe the issue. They came back to fix the issue. They finally got the work done as I expected.

David, Flip, and the Elite team were fantastic. Our home couldn't rise above 62ish degrees inside during the winter despite our heater working perfectly fine. David and Flip managed to address our concerns quickly and they maintained excellent communication throughout the process. After the Elite team came in and worked their magic, we have been at a comfortable 72 degrees even while the weather has been in the teens outside. From top to bottom, everyone we met was considerate, professional, and clean. We would recommend Elite to any of our friends who have need for improved insulation. I signed up for the Constellation Home energy audit program which is part of the EmPower Maryland BGE Energy Star Home Performance rebate program. Advanced Green Home Solutions performed the energy audit as Constellation Home BPI certified subcontractor. The AGHS audit performed by Brady and Thom took a few hours and was a very thorough inspection of my 45-year-old home. A short verbal out brief was provided followed by a detailed report several days later. Their findings and solutions made sense. I contracted with AGHS through Constellation Home to perform all of their recommended improvements. The AGHS energy improvement team led by Anthony and his crew of Terrance, Antwan and John did an absolutely outstanding job installing a whole house ventilation fan, sealing the attic, installing baffles, adding 18” of blown insulation to an R-49 value and cleaning up each day. Anthony’s attention to detail was truly appreciated and serves AGHS well. His crew was very efficient and worked very well as team over a two-day period. It was apparent they were very experienced and talented. I found the entire AGHS team to be knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Time will tell if I see any savings on my energy bill, but I can state now that the air sealing package resulted in an impressive 43% reduction of air leakage in my home when compared to the initial diagnostic blower door test. I am also anticipating an incredibly significant rebate from EmPower and BGE that should make this effort well worth the expense. Bravo Zulu to AGHS, I highly recommend!

I had AGHS insulate my home and install a new HVAC and electric water heater as part of Maryland's Pepco program for an older home. They did a great job overall! Larry, who led the installation of the HVAC and water heater, is one of the best professionals I've had the pleasure of working with. He was patient, thorough, and took pride in his work. If I ever have an issue with the system in the future, I hope he's the one they send to my home. Ashley, who handles the front desk customer support, was also very kind, communicative, and extremely helpful.

Boubacar K. came to service and install our new digital thermostat. His service was top notch, we live in an older home which required a high level of expertise for this install. He was thorough and went over all of our options for better energy consumption. We love our new thermostat and we especially like being able to use the feature that allows us to operate the thermostat remotely. We definitely recommend Advance Green Home Solutions!!
