My experience was incredible from beginning to end. It was a unique experience as they came up to me in Nebraska and they couldn’t have done a better job! Grant the project manager kept me informed through the whole process including consistent updates through the day via pictures and a really great project close out. The crew was also incredible as they did our whole job in one day. Not easy to leave Kanas at close to 4am, work up here until 7pm and return home in the same day. Sebastian and his crew are true professionals as there were a couple leaks in the old roof that caused some wood rot and issues inside they took care of. The clean up was incredible as you should have seen it half way through this process!! It was messy to say the least and by the time they were done you couldn’t even tell they were there. I’d highly recommend this company as I come from the construction world and very hesitant at times to hire contractors because most of the time through a process like this their fall short of my expectations but not with this company. If they say they will do it consider it done and I’m confident that if we did experience some issues they would have came through anyway. 10/10 from me and my family!! I really can't recommend Green Factor Roofing enough. My insurance company basically forced me to replace my roof two days before my solar panels were set to be installed. I was in a panic, and my solar company recommended Green Factor, who took what could have been a very stressful situation and made it simply an incredible experience. The Sales Process: Clint called me that same day. He was professional, candid, and immediately helped me navigate the confusing insurance claim process. What impressed me the most that integrity seems to be one of their core values. Never did I feel any of the 'predatory' sales tactics you hear about with roofers; just honest, straightforward advice. He drove an hour to my hometown the next day to walk the property with me, working within the insurance estimate to spec out a roofing system that actually exceeded my quality expectations. The Installation: Because of my solar deadline, Green Factor moved mountains to rearrange their schedule and get me in the following week. Once work had started, I knew I was in good hands. Grant was a fantastic Project Manager. Even though I was working from home, he sent me progress photos and kept me updated on the timeline and weather. When I had a question (of which I had many lol), Grant had an answer. If I had any concerns, he addressed them immediately. He was professional, friendly, and thorough. The Crew: The craftsmanship was excellent; Sebastian and the guys really know their business, and boy are they efficient about it! Outside of that, what truly impressed me was their respect for my home. We have a lot of neighborhood kids (and our own) who play in our front yard, so safety and cleanliness were huge concerns for me. The site was kept incredibly tidy every single day. They even came out on a Saturday to finish the job rather than making us wait until Monday. Long story short, Green Factor Roofing went above and beyond to save my solar project. I do not write reviews very often, but I recently had a very good experience with Green Factor and in particular I wanted to give credit to a number of their team members. I recently had Green Factor convert my attic from fiberglass insulation to foam. Clint, who is one of their sales representatives, very promptly replied to my request for a quote and offered me a detailed plan. Adam and his team, who did the work, left behind very little for me to clean up, which is a sign of how careful they were. I should also mention that Stephanie was very gracious and communicative when scheduling the work. As the home owner, I am very satisfied with Green Factor's work, as it has transformed my attic from a place that I was reluctant to set foot in, to an attractive space.
