Had a large ranch. Couple outside rooms cold. And drafty area. Simple process to quote. Sealed window bays, added exterior wall insulation, attic insulation. Sealed electrical fixtures and attic fan. Crew came prepared and did a good job. Good practice of keeping baffles open for air flow and topped off my attic to much higher R value. Would recommend. Qualified contractor for spire rebate $750. Documented before and after work.
I would highly recommend Insulation Pros of Independence. Pricing was very competitive, service was outstanding. Tanner was very informative and explained everything in the quote process. Showed up the morning of installation which was nice to see. The guys that did the real work, Jostin and Dalton were very professional and explained again all that they were going to do. 5 STAR to the company and these three men for outstanding work. This was by all rights a very small job that most anyone could do for themselves but he came out ran to the local Home Depot picked up supplies and completed it for a veteran that recently had back surgery. Polite, professional, and outstanding work. I will recommend and tell others of my story.
Great craftsmanship! Owner sprayed my shop personally and let me tell you he is an artist. Easy to communicate with and schedule work. Always has time to explain the pros and cons of spray foam. Highly recommend!

Sean and his team (Caleb, Dillon, Mark, and Luke) did a great job insulating our home, as they went above and beyond what we expected. It felt like they were family, the way they were taking extra care to do everything "just right", as if it were their own home they were working on. They were super friendly and very knowledgeable, suggesting things I hadn't even considered. They took many pictures, before and after, for our reference and peace of mind. They even let me take their electric motor bike for a spin. :) Highly recommended.
The team were very professional in redoing my attic insulation. We started off with a R value in the 19-20 range and ended in the R48-49 range. First they foam sealed all the gaps from the attic to the living floor and then followed it with piping in the new installation. Photos were taken of before and after and provided for comparison and a blower door test was ran to confirm. Would definitely recommend this business. They took great care of my home and picked up / vacuumed all the mess. In February 2025, had them in again to seal the basement and replace the insulation with foam. Again a great job, would highly recommend them for energy efficiency improvements.
Had several quotes for insulating my attic and Green Improvement Consulting came in at the best price. Not only that, they were easy to work with, did a fantastic job, and had exceptional customer service. The crew the day of were very polite and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hey Koala just removed the old Cellulose insulation that was in our 50 year old house and replaced it with “White as snow “ blown in fiberglass that is 20 inches deep. It looks fluffy, but like one of the installers said, “ you would not want to roll in it”. This company and its people are friendly & professional, all well trained in customer service… Great communication from start to finish, I will be telling all my friends about Koala. Mark shot me straight from the outset and said, based on what he could see via Google Maps, that my roof wouldn't allow for a good spray foam install. He recommended cellulose but did not have a vendor in mind. I was floored by his honesty and willingness to shoot me straight. I am also grateful he did not hand me off to someone he was not fully confident in. Wish I could work with him because I know he would do a great job.
Spray Foam insulation. KC Spray Foam & Coatings arrive when they said they would and worked until they were done. Even though it took a couple of days due to weather they got it done in a timely manner. They were pleasant to deal with and answered any questions we had. When they were done, they cleaned up after themselves. Would we deal with them again? The answer is most definitely.
Rick Beashore and the rest of the team at KC Spray Foam did an outstanding job our addition's foam insulation. They were very reasonable about their bid and did a pretty good job of cleaning up afterwards as well. They were less than half of other bids I received and did great work!

Mason provided a detailed explanation of services that would help reduce heating and cooling costs and improve quality of home environment. My house was built in 1950’s, I’ve owned it for 6 years, and no matter how hard I cleaned there was a slight old type of smell in the house. It bothered me so much. Also, my second story took hours to cool off and my utility bills are outrageous in the summer. Well A Plus Insulation and the very thorough crew Antonio and Edwin completely solved those two problems. They removed some old looking mulch like insulation in my first story attic! That was the smell. They air sealed my HVAC ducts, air sealed my attic floor, and completely filled my attics with insulation! The air quality in my home is amazing! Antonio and Edwin were very nice, professional, and hard workers! They were a treat. I can finally say I am comfortable in my home and I believe my bills will start dropping. Great experience working with A+ insulation. Rick, Jesus and the others were very nice to work with. They were very professional, did the work quickly and cleaned up after they were done. (I had them replace old insulation in my attic and add baffles.). The wife and I are very happy with the service and work from the company.

Working with Insulation Pros KC has been an all-around positive experience. As a Veteran-owned business, they delivered professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to completing the job correctly the first time—shout-outs to Nic, Justin, T Cook, Jaden, and Josie. The project insulated the entire third level, as well as two rooms on the second level, all with little to no insulation. The team understood the challenges with an old home. They covered the floors, draped all furniture, and worked extensively to patch and clean all areas they entered -- demonstrating respect for the home and the customer. Great service all around from veteran owned company, I asked for (and received) a call when the crew was on their way! Thank you! They taped down plastic to help keep the carpet clean and near ending one of their guys went around picking up the little pieces of insulation (that got away)... Had everything done in under a few hours and showed us photos of the now filled, open window equivalent in our attic. Work is tax deductible too!

Carlos was early for his appointment, Very professional, took pictures, explained the Process. The whole instill from start to finish was seamless. I would Highly recommend MC insulation to anyone! First, many thanks to Dan, who really listened to our needs and captured key details in our proposal. Next, Brian and Ben worked on our attic insulation/re-insulation project. It is a very large space with several unique features. They worked methodically and diligently as a team. Both were experts in all phases of the job (air sealing, insulation wrapping, soffitt vent baffles/blocking, blowing new cellulose and extending all bath exhaust tubes to existing roof vents). They were efficient, professional and delivered exceptional results! I also want to mention Jason and CJ who were assigned to build a long walkway the length of the attic to allow easy access from the access point above the garage to the bath exhaust fans mentioned above. They asked for my input, brought quality materials and created a sturdy and safe walkway so we can maintain our home into the future. They coordinated well with Brian and Ben throughout the two-day project. We have used Hayes Insulation in the past and are truly pleased with the overall results this time, too!
I recenty changed my wood burning fireplace into a gas on. David helped me decide on the Canyon Lava log set and Julio installed them. I could not be more pleased. I shopped several places and these gentlemen offered great service and a good price. I am so happy!

This company and the guys are top notch! Had them out to spray foam insulate my existing home. The job was tough, had to remove all the metal and old insulation as they were spraying. They were VERY attentive to the property, home and to us the customer! I was asked over and over if everything was looking good & if there was anything I needed changed or different. Missouri Valley spray foam is the best. They bid the project in a very timely manner. They made a special trip out before I was scheduled to spray foam a wall so the plumber could place the shower. They showed up early in the morning which gave me the impression that they where eager to get to work. I was very impressed at the effort they went through to keep the job site clean. They took the time to put plastic down to keep overspray off other surfaces. After watching them work it was clear that they didn't have to be babysat. I wish all contractors took pride in their work like Missouri Valley Spray Foam did. They were efficient and communicated very well. I hadn't heard of them and wouldn't have gotten a bid from them if the drywall company wouldn't had said to call them. The drywallers came out to bid my project and just came off a job that Missouri Valley did and they said it was some of the best work they had seen. I was really impressed with their work.

Awesome job! Connor and his crew came on a Saturday and worked until 9PM to finish! The foam is super smooth and looks great! Connor is the owner and was very professional. He stayed in contact with us until the job was ready then showed up on time and finished the job quickly. Trimming the foam was a mess but the house in more clean than when they got here. Highly recommend, great pricing and great work!

We recently did a big remodel with a large company in Lawrence, and they used Kansas Spray Foam, LLC. The work was good and our contractor said they use them often, so I figured I’d get a bid on my shop now that I’m getting it ready for winter. They had the best prices around, by a lot. Katherine made the estimate and bid simple, and answered all my questions. They worked with me on the schedule, showed up on time and worked hard. The guys were really friendly, asked me lots of questions about what I wanted, and I was really happy in the end. Did a good job cleaning up and I appreciate that. Can’t wait to use my shop this winter! I think the work looks high quality and I’ll be really happy and warm. I already wish I’d done this years ago.
The guys from Kansas Spray Foam Insulation, LLC came out Friday to lay down my first layer of insulation in the basement. I usually don't post much for businesses, but these guys were great. On time, no nonsense work, and it was cleaner when they left than when they got here. (my three laws from contractors - answer your phone, show up, and do what you said you were going to do for the money we agreed on) If you are thinking about it this winter, you'd do well to give Kevin or Vincent a call... I'll be using them for my next projects.
