Dalton and the guys did a great job with regards to insulating the attic. Efficient, professional, and they completed the work in a timely manner. I was impressed and appreciated their work ethic. They took time to explain the work including showing me pictures of the completed job. Hard to find a company that takes the extra steps and time to make sure that I was satisfied the job was done right. Thank you to Insulation Pros and the guys.

Josie the Office Manager: took the time to answer my questions when I called, and was the one responsible for my decision to go with Insulation Pros. The installation crew: Devon, Tyler and Leo were a great team to work with, very personable and just all around nice guys who did a great job with the installation. Tanner - the Production Manager, who came by to see that everything was going like it should. From the first meeting with Kyle, to the time the crew drove away, it was easy and pleasant to work with this company and they did a great job. Excellent experience from the very beginning throughout the entire process. Nic arrived within a couple days of my initial call to walk through, take measurements and explain the best approach for insulating the basement, attic and above and below a mudroom with crawl space. Josie was very helpful in discussing my concerns and scheduling the team. Jostin and the team did an excellent job on the scheduled day. And when there were a couple follow up concerns Tanner made a two trips out to do some detailed and quality touch ups that really topped off the overall experience. They were all highly professional and polite and I’m very pleased with the results!

I was paired up with Williams through an energy audit provider for Evergy. On the morning of my insulation, Williams called me to confirm timing. I attempted to confirm the services being provided when they informed me the intermediary changed the services so they could do half (kneewall overlay) and Williams would do the blown in part. This didn't make sense to me as once you blow in the new insulation you don't want to disturb it. In the end Williams went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of and even recommending additional areas that could use more insulation that were not on the audit report. I would highly recommend Williams for your insulation needs.

Horrible service. Hired them to come out and install insulation in our building. It took over a month and 10 trips to complete the work. When the workers showed up they didn't even know what kind of work was to be done. Had 3 or 4 of the guys show up to seal the floor that didn't need sealed. After they finally completed the isolation most of it was falling down and they had to come back again and tape it all up. This company is not very professional at all and I would not recommend them to anybody.
