I do not write reviews very often, but I recently had a very good experience with Green Factor and in particular I wanted to give credit to a number of their team members. I recently had Green Factor convert my attic from fiberglass insulation to foam. Clint, who is one of their sales representatives, very promptly replied to my request for a quote and offered me a detailed plan. Adam and his team, who did the work, left behind very little for me to clean up, which is a sign of how careful they were. I should also mention that Stephanie was very gracious and communicative when scheduling the work. As the home owner, I am very satisfied with Green Factor's work, as it has transformed my attic from a place that I was reluctant to set foot in, to an attractive space.

I was paired up with Williams through an energy audit provider for Evergy. On the morning of my insulation, Williams called me to confirm timing. I attempted to confirm the services being provided when they informed me the intermediary changed the services so they could do half (kneewall overlay) and Williams would do the blown in part. This didn't make sense to me as once you blow in the new insulation you don't want to disturb it. In the end Williams went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of and even recommending additional areas that could use more insulation that were not on the audit report. I would highly recommend Williams for your insulation needs.
VERY POOR SERVICE!! We chose them to install our gutters and signed a contract. We removed our old gutters the day before they were scheduled to come out and install the new ones but they didn't show. They strung us along for over 2 month before they finally told us they were not going to do the job. Now we are stuck without gutters. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
