Great work and great communication! I was impressed, when Nick came out and gave us an estimate, with his professionalism and explanation of exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. The guys who did the install were in and out quicker than expected and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Kyle was kind enough to inform of us of a tax credit available to us because of the insulation upgrades! I would highly recommend!

Extremely easy to work with. Awesome work for the incredibly reasonable price. Felt huge the difference on the first night during the deep freeze outside last week. Our hallway was always extremely cold or hot during summer, now it’s as comfortable as can be. The lead guy was super great at re-explaining any questions I during the insulation process. Larry is the most knowledgeable person I know in the insulation industry.

I had the team do wall insulation around my office building for sound deadening years ago. Works great and the crew was quick and left the place clean and ready for me to paint. Very happy with their work and would recommend them.

I do not write reviews very often, but I recently had a very good experience with Green Factor and in particular I wanted to give credit to a number of their team members. I recently had Green Factor convert my attic from fiberglass insulation to foam. Clint, who is one of their sales representatives, very promptly replied to my request for a quote and offered me a detailed plan. Adam and his team, who did the work, left behind very little for me to clean up, which is a sign of how careful they were. I should also mention that Stephanie was very gracious and communicative when scheduling the work. As the home owner, I am very satisfied with Green Factor's work, as it has transformed my attic from a place that I was reluctant to set foot in, to an attractive space.

Couldn’t have had a better dealing with Henges, called and had a quote the same day. Was contacted the following business day for scheduling and they actually came the following day to insulate. Great commendation and fair priced. Workers were courteous and the final product looks awesome!

We got 3 fireplaces from Hinges when we built and their prices beat the other guys by a ton! They were easy to work with on install as well as call-backs for the punch list. Today I was having trouble dismantling fireplaces to clean them, and Cyndi at the front desk took the time to walk me through, and even had me send pictures to her personal cell so she could help me. She could have easily had me make an appointment for a service call a month from now, but she didn’t. I highly recommend these guys!

Their installers show up on time and ensure there are our houses are insulated to meet energy efficiency standards time after time again. Their crews are professional and trustworthy. I reached out to Black Gold to get some more insulation installed in my house. I was put on the schedule less than a week out and everyone I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable. The install took less than 1 1/2 hours and the workers left no mess and took before and after photos for me. I would highly recommend going with Black Gold for any insulation needs. Blake was very helpful with the scheduling & Michael and Reynaldo were great installers.

Michael and Jay completed our blown-in insulation for our new house and did a great job. They added extra insulation around our plumbing and made sure the house would be set for all weather! They even cleaned up their trash before they left - in a construction site! Would recommend!

I was paired up with Williams through an energy audit provider for Evergy. On the morning of my insulation, Williams called me to confirm timing. I attempted to confirm the services being provided when they informed me the intermediary changed the services so they could do half (kneewall overlay) and Williams would do the blown in part. This didn't make sense to me as once you blow in the new insulation you don't want to disturb it. In the end Williams went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of and even recommending additional areas that could use more insulation that were not on the audit report. I would highly recommend Williams for your insulation needs.

Do not use this company. They have put us behind over three weeks because they never show up.
