Foam South brings to your job experience, expertise, and an unsurpassed reputation. John Dodd arrived and gave us a quote that was detailed and reasonable. They worked with us on our timeframe as our days were moving targets. Christian and Jesus arrived wrapped everything that was not to be foamed. They were respectful of our home, kind and friendly. Additionally, they were kind and made friends with my pup. Sophie approved. While they mentioned that there may be some odor to the product, we experienced no odor after application. After two weeks, the product has zero smell whatsoever. We’ve already seen an improvement in the air quality in our room, and our energy costs are trending down. Foam South did an amazing job with our shop garage. Ryan provided several options to consider, itemized pricing, and additional details and explanation which was helpful. He was also very flexible and understanding when we had to reschedule twice due to unexpected construction schedule delays and got us back on the schedule immediately once we were ready for insulation. The spray foam crew was very friendly and professional and did an amazing job. The thermal barrier paint crew the next day was also extremely service-oriented and very accommodating, working to mix the paint color on-site to what we expected after it was discovered the wrong color had been sent out and the manufacturer discontinued the light gray. They mixed the perfect color and we are so happy with how it turned out! I highly recommend this company!
I just had my attic and crawl space encapsulated. Foam South was great to work with. The sales process was smooth. The install crew showed up on time and did a great job. The foam is deep and covers roof joists completely. The crawl is clean and well sealed. I’m happy to have all fiberglass removed from the attic, and I can already tell the AC runs less upstairs.
