Great group to work with. Mark came out to the house and walked us through the entire process and all our options. We received our quote as promised and were provided several options from which to choose making it easy to stay within our budget. James and the install team arrived early. They were courteous, professional and extremely respectful of our home during the entire install process. After everything was done and cleaned up, James and I inspected the attics - over garage and over house - so I could see everything they did. We recently had Insulation Commandos remove our existing blown-in attic insulation, air sealed all air-gaps, and blew in new insulation with a higher R-rating. We even had them install a radiant barrier for extra goodness. It has been several weeks since install, and the difference has been night and day - especially upstairs, where our upstairs HVAC now runs less and the temperature stays much more comfortable. Mark and his team were extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating - even when it came to working with us on payment for their services. They also kept us updated on their progress and took the time to explain what they were working on, which we really appreciated. I recently hired Insulation Commandos to remove and replace the insulation in my attic, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Before contacting them, I had been dealing with long-standing issues with heating and cooling in my home, especially upstairs, and I knew my existing insulation (original from 1984) needed to be addressed. I did a lot of research, compared multiple companies, and received several quotes, some with onsite visits and some without. From the very beginning, Insulation Commandos stood out. Their communication, transparency, and professionalism immediately set them apart from the others. The gentleman who came for the consultation was incredibly thorough. He didn’t oversell, provided clear upfront pricing, took detailed photos of the attic for me to see, and explained exactly what he recommended and why. Even though their quote was higher than the others, the value was clear, and I left the consultation and paid my deposit with confidence that the job would be done correctly. On installation day, the team led by Ryker, did not disappoint. They sealed every gap (and there were many), worked efficiently, and were extremely respectful of my home. They kept the work area spotless and, by the time they left, there was no evidence they had even been there except for the vastly improved attic. I also appreciated receiving photos throughout the process so I could see the work being completed step by step. The results were immediate. My upstairs is already noticeably more comfortable, and I can feel the difference in my home’s overall temperature regulation. We identified Rite Way through a Google search and we are sure glad we found them! They topped off our cellulose insulation in our attic and from start to finish they did an awesome job! Our main contact, Nick, first came to our home to inspect our attic and he explained in detail what he saw and provided several recommendations and then he provided a competitive quote. After setting up an install date Nick was the main installer so we felt super comfortable that we were going to get exactly what was described in their quote. Nick was super attentive to detail at every step and after they completed the job I did a full inspection of the attic and it looked great and was fully covered in insulation (see pic) as promised including a very challenging hard to access area that the original builder never filled correctly. My heater is not running constantly now so we are super excited to save on our energy bills :). By far the best customer service from a contractor in the past two years and we have had over 10 contractors working on this old house.

What an amazing company! Lowest priced in the entire ATLANTA area! Other companies wanted 6k+ for 2300 sqft attic! The guys were amazing and my electric bill is back to normal! Thank you guys!

Bird Family removed old attic insulation and replaced with new. Beau did the initial consultation and was very informative. Chris led the project and the entire team was great. They took great care and there was no damage to the floor, ceiling or walls. It was a great experience and would use them again.

The Bird Insulation team tackled my air sealing and insulation project with me earlier this year (February 2025) on my 1944 single floor home. We decreased my power and gas bills by 30+%. The scope of the project included removing all the old fiberglass insulation, air sealing around ALL ceiling openings, and installations cellulose to R-40. Removal of the old insulation was a couple hour process. They were diligent enough to get under the existing HVAC walkway. They then gave me a couple of days between the removal and follow up installation to tackle some HVAC items I had planned. Installation went as well as the removal. They efficiently air sealed the ceiling openings, treated the space with a disinfectant, and added the cellulose. The dust generation was limited as they mix the insulation with a small amount of water. They installed my attic stair tent and sealed that as well. We reduced our power bills by 30+% while also making the home more comfortable (reduced air draft). A win-win all around. Communication was great through the whole process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

10/10! 5 stars! This summer (2025) has been ruthless so far and it's not even July! I called Bird Family Insulation on Monday, got a quote on Tuesday, and completely insulated my attic by Thursday. Not only did they insulate my entire attic but they also removed all of my old insulation as well. They were timely, professional, honest, and affordable! ALSO, they are family-owned which I love to see! Most of the people that you will deal with are family. No sneaky, sleazy contractor trying to squeeze the most money out of you. 10/10 would recommend!

The installer, Eric, arrived at my house on a very rainy day but worked through the downpour to install the insulation in both sides of my attic. Eric was very patient with all of my questions throughout the installation and answered each to my satisfaction. The full installation didn't take longer than 3 hours. The job site was left as it was found - clean. The price was reasonable and payment was done easily at the end of the job. I'm looking forward to the 1 yr, 5 yr, 10 yr checks to see how the insulation holds up.

I contacted mr Wheeler and made an appointment for a bid on insullating my attic. My wife had been wanting this done for 5 years. Phil came when he said and listened to what I wanted and told me the best way to do what I wanted and gave me an estimate. I had several estimates. Phil had the best presentation. I contacted him that evening and gave him the job. We set a day and time. His crew arrived at that time. Phil had already told his lead man what to do. I went over details with Eric and got out of his way. They carefully laid everthing out, completed the job, cleaned up . I reviewed the work shook his hand and they were gone. We had insulation foam blown into our attic area. It was professionally done from initial consultation with Phil to the follow -up of the actual removal of the old fiberglass insulation to the actual install The process took a couple of half days. The decrease in cooling /heating bills were drastic following the install now that the attic no longer gets to 110 degrees or more during the summer and comfortable temperature during the colder months. We can now use the attic space for storage where we weren’t before due to the temperature swings. Money we’ll spent

Koala did a great job adding in more insulation in my attic. Bryant explained everything and the crew came and did a great job and left the place super clean. There was a small honest accident which left a small hole in my ceiling but Bryant was immediately on it. He got someone to come in and the repair was done perfevtly. Thanks Bryant. Highly recommend these guys for any insulation needs.
