The process was very seamless for us and super quick. They came by and gave me an estimate on the spot, once I reviewed and paid, they scheduled me for just a few days later (the next week). They sent me texts to let me know when they were coming and were on time. They got to work while I was on a call which I appreciated so they didn’t wait on me. They had me check everything after they were done. They even taped up some duct work tape that was falling down. And cleaned it all up. And were faster than I thought they’d be too which is always a bonus. Nice group of guys too. Very happy with the work.

Great group to work with. Mark came out to the house and walked us through the entire process and all our options. We received our quote as promised and were provided several options from which to choose making it easy to stay within our budget. James and the install team arrived early. They were courteous, professional and extremely respectful of our home during the entire install process. After everything was done and cleaned up, James and I inspected the attics - over garage and over house - so I could see everything they did. We recently had Insulation Commandos remove our existing blown-in attic insulation, air sealed all air-gaps, and blew in new insulation with a higher R-rating. We even had them install a radiant barrier for extra goodness. It has been several weeks since install, and the difference has been night and day - especially upstairs, where our upstairs HVAC now runs less and the temperature stays much more comfortable. Mark and his team were extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating - even when it came to working with us on payment for their services. They also kept us updated on their progress and took the time to explain what they were working on, which we really appreciated. Sometimes in life you have to accept the fact that things don't go as you plan but when people are nice and genuinely kind-hearted it leaves a wonderful impression on you. I spoke with a lady about a job at this business about a job and even though I didn't get the job her genuine heartfelt response made my day. We identified Rite Way through a Google search and we are sure glad we found them! They topped off our cellulose insulation in our attic and from start to finish they did an awesome job! Our main contact, Nick, first came to our home to inspect our attic and he explained in detail what he saw and provided several recommendations and then he provided a competitive quote. After setting up an install date Nick was the main installer so we felt super comfortable that we were going to get exactly what was described in their quote. Nick was super attentive to detail at every step and after they completed the job I did a full inspection of the attic and it looked great and was fully covered in insulation (see pic) as promised including a very challenging hard to access area that the original builder never filled correctly. My heater is not running constantly now so we are super excited to save on our energy bills :). By far the best customer service from a contractor in the past two years and we have had over 10 contractors working on this old house.

What an amazing company! Lowest priced in the entire ATLANTA area! Other companies wanted 6k+ for 2300 sqft attic! The guys were amazing and my electric bill is back to normal! Thank you guys!

Bird Family removed old attic insulation and replaced with new. Beau did the initial consultation and was very informative. Chris led the project and the entire team was great. They took great care and there was no damage to the floor, ceiling or walls. It was a great experience and would use them again.

The Bird Insulation team tackled my air sealing and insulation project with me earlier this year (February 2025) on my 1944 single floor home. We decreased my power and gas bills by 30+%. The scope of the project included removing all the old fiberglass insulation, air sealing around ALL ceiling openings, and installations cellulose to R-40. Removal of the old insulation was a couple hour process. They were diligent enough to get under the existing HVAC walkway. They then gave me a couple of days between the removal and follow up installation to tackle some HVAC items I had planned. Installation went as well as the removal. They efficiently air sealed the ceiling openings, treated the space with a disinfectant, and added the cellulose. The dust generation was limited as they mix the insulation with a small amount of water. They installed my attic stair tent and sealed that as well. We reduced our power bills by 30+% while also making the home more comfortable (reduced air draft). A win-win all around. Communication was great through the whole process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

10/10! 5 stars! This summer (2025) has been ruthless so far and it's not even July! I called Bird Family Insulation on Monday, got a quote on Tuesday, and completely insulated my attic by Thursday. Not only did they insulate my entire attic but they also removed all of my old insulation as well. They were timely, professional, honest, and affordable! ALSO, they are family-owned which I love to see! Most of the people that you will deal with are family. No sneaky, sleazy contractor trying to squeeze the most money out of you. 10/10 would recommend!

He was very professional and knowledgeable but most of all, he is a very HONEST MAN. As it turns out, insullation is not my issue, my HVAC system is the culprit.
