Epic Spray Foam was professional every step of the way, and they did exactly what they said they would do! They removed all of the old insulation in our attic, sanitized, and installed spray foam. Wow what a difference!! Our attic went from being 130+ degrees in the summer to ~78 degrees!! We recently had Insulation Commandos remove our existing blown-in attic insulation, air sealed all air-gaps, and blew in new insulation with a higher R-rating. We even had them install a radiant barrier for extra goodness. It has been several weeks since install, and the difference has been night and day - especially upstairs, where our upstairs HVAC now runs less and the temperature stays much more comfortable. I recently hired Insulation Commandos to remove and replace the insulation in my attic, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Before contacting them, I had been dealing with long-standing issues with heating and cooling in my home, especially upstairs, and I knew my existing insulation (original from 1984) needed to be addressed. I did a lot of research, compared multiple companies, and received several quotes, some with onsite visits and some without. From the very beginning, Insulation Commandos stood out. Their communication, transparency, and professionalism immediately set them apart from the others. The gentleman who came for the consultation was incredibly thorough. He didn’t oversell, provided clear upfront pricing, took detailed photos of the attic for me to see, and explained exactly what he recommended and why. We identified Rite Way through a Google search and we are sure glad we found them! They topped off our cellulose insulation in our attic and from start to finish they did an awesome job! Our main contact, Nick, first came to our home to inspect our attic and he explained in detail what he saw and provided several recommendations and then he provided a competitive quote. After setting up an install date Nick was the main installer so we felt super comfortable that we were going to get exactly what was described in their quote. Nick was super attentive to detail at every step and after they completed the job I did a full inspection of the attic and it looked great and was fully covered in insulation (see pic) as promised including a very challenging hard to access area that the original builder never filled correctly. My heater is not running constantly now so we are super excited to save on our energy bills :). By far the best customer service from a contractor in the past two years and we have had over 10 contractors working on this old house.

What an amazing company! Lowest priced in the entire ATLANTA area! Other companies wanted 6k+ for 2300 sqft attic! The guys were amazing and my electric bill is back to normal! Thank you guys!

Recently, I hired Chet and his crew for two separate jobs. First, a second floor ceiling done with open cell foam. Turned out great! After some time and consideration, being so satisfied with the foam, I decided to have them come back and encapsulate my crawlspace with closed cell foam! What a difference! Darnell's was prompt in returning calls and providing estimate. They provided a fair price for the spray foam insulating of my pole barn office. The team started on time and covered all finished areas to avoid damage and extra cleanup. The finished product looks great and keeps the hot / cold in appropriately. The crew at IOA were AWESOME! My wife and I got some radiant barrier and insulation up in the attic. I'll be as in-depth as possible here: THE CREW: We had a 3-man crew in and out in about 3 hours. They were SUPER pro- used drop-cloths to make sure the floors stayed clean, were very courteous and kind, and handled the install like bosses. They worked hard until the work was done, and made barely any noise doing it (so you can still work from home if you need to be around that day). THE INSTALL I did a good bit of studying before hiring, so I knew what the end result should look like. The crew exceeded it- radiant barrier was correctly installed, insulation was blown in to code (and then some) and flattened out, and the whole job just looked CLEAN. THE RESULTS On top of everything, the final install gave us awesome results- our house has been about 10-12% cooler during the day (from 76 degrees to 67-68). Sorry for the in-depth post, but I can't say enough about IOA. I would use them again in a second, and recommend them to anybody. Great, pro service with nice contractors and quick response & turnaround. Thank you!

Brian and the team at Insulation over Atlanta were great to work with! We had old insulation removed and spray foam insulation added to our attic. The job was done in two days and we're very happy with the results. Alfredo and team were there on time and laid down lots of drop cloths to keep the floors clean of debris.
