Spray Foam Insulation in Atlanta, GA

The installer, Eric, arrived at my house on a very rainy day but worked through the downpour to install the insulation in both sides of my attic. Eric was very patient with all of my questions throughout the installation and answered each to my satisfaction. The full installation didn't take longer than 3 hours. The job site was left as it was found - clean. The price was reasonable and payment was done easily at the end of the job. I'm looking forward to the 1 yr, 5 yr, 10 yr checks to see how the insulation holds up.

We had insulation foam blown into our attic area. It was professionally done from initial consultation with Phil to the follow -up of the actual removal of the old fiberglass insulation to the actual install The process took a couple of half days. The decrease in cooling /heating bills were drastic following the install now that the attic no longer gets to 110 degrees or more during the summer and comfortable temperature during the colder months. We can now use the attic space for storage where we weren’t before due to the temperature swings. Money we’ll spent

Sawyer and Cole were outstanding in customer service throughout this entire project. Very few projects go as planned or are without mishaps but their professionalism and commitment to complete the job was on full display. We recently purchased a home and the insulation was clearly showing its age and was compressed. We knew we wanted to improve it efficiency. The team at Anthem started by taking a look at our project and gave us multiple options to suit our project goals. We had heard of the benefits of spray foam insulation but were on a budget for the project and didn't know if we could cover the upgrade. They made it a very easy decision on our part. We had a clear picture of the benefits and costs as well as the future cost savings in energy. Ultimately, we decided to completely remove the old blown in insulation and install new spray foam. The 1 day project ended up taking 2 days due to an equipment malfunction but Sawyer kept us updated at every turn as we stayed away from home during the completion of the work, just stopping in to monitor progress. No job is ever easy, when one of the team members missed his footing and damaged the ceiling, Sawyer and Cole made sure they made it right. Within a couple days they had someone come out to make things good as new. They really stand behind the quality of their work and that is appreciated. They made sure the job site was throughly cleaned before wrapping up and took care to protect our hardwood floors throughout the work. It's been almost 2 weeks since the job and while the first few days you could smell the spray foam, that dissipated within a few days and now even our guests don't notice it at all! The only thing we do notice is our consistently cool upper floor! Sawyer and his team did an exceptional job with our blown insulation project. Our project was unique as the team had no access to the attic and had to work through speaker holes and can light holes. The team was respectful of all of our belongings, laying down tarps and plastic. The team was patient and happy to work with all my pickiness and oversight. Honestly, easiest home fix ever! Cole came and gave us an incredibly fair quote, waited just over a week for install, but worth the wait! Fast and professional crew came out. Excited to see my 30 year home become energy efficient with the new 17” of insulation we had so desperately needed. Highly recommend Anthem. Koala did a great job adding in more insulation in my attic. Bryant explained everything and the crew came and did a great job and left the place super clean. There was a small honest accident which left a small hole in my ceiling but Bryant was immediately on it. He got someone to come in and the repair was done perfevtly. Thanks Bryant. Koala Insulation did a great job for us! Good communication during the estimate process, and they were able to get to our job quickly. They removed all of the old blown-in insulation due to the old owner of the home having extensive animal activity in the attic. They then disinfected the attic, air sealed all of the attic penetrations, and blew in all new insulation. The crew did a fantastic job, worked quickly, and cleaned everything up. They had me check that everything looked great before the closed the attic up. We would highly recommend them! Great company, and a job very well done!

The crew that came out on a 97 degree day did an excellent job of blowing insulation in my attic. Even though it was extremely hot, they still spent the time to do things right. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. Even though theirs wasn't the lowest bid (nor the highest), I feel the couple hundred extra spent was well worth the money. Professional all the way.

The process was very seamless for us and super quick. They came by and gave me an estimate on the spot, once I reviewed and paid, they scheduled me for just a few days later (the next week). They sent me texts to let me know when they were coming and were on time. They got to work while I was on a call which I appreciated so they didn’t wait on me. They had me check everything after they were done. They even taped up some duct work tape that was falling down. And cleaned it all up. We recently had Insulation Commandos remove our existing blown-in attic insulation, air sealed all air-gaps, and blew in new insulation with a higher R-rating. We even had them install a radiant barrier for extra goodness. It has been several weeks since install, and the difference has been night and day - especially upstairs, where our upstairs HVAC now runs less and the temperature stays much more comfortable. Professional installation. Fantastic value. Quoted price was half that of the competitor's. Assessor (Michael) was both friendly and thorough, took detailed measurements, and provided useful energy saving advice. Two-man installation team was skillful and responsible. Georgia Spray Foam is a local business whose employees also volunteer their time for hurricane and disaster relief. I might not have agreed to have my attic spray foamed, but the value was so good and the company was so reliable, I couldn't say no -- and I'm glad I didn't. Georgia Spray Foam Services is highly recommended.

Bird Family removed old attic insulation and replaced with new. Beau did the initial consultation and was very informative. Chris led the project and the entire team was great. They took great care and there was no damage to the floor, ceiling or walls. It was a great experience and would use them again.

The Bird Insulation team tackled my air sealing and insulation project with me earlier this year (February 2025) on my 1944 single floor home. We decreased my power and gas bills by 30+%. The scope of the project included removing all the old fiberglass insulation, air sealing around ALL ceiling openings, and installations cellulose to R-40. Removal of the old insulation was a couple hour process. They were diligent enough to get under the existing HVAC walkway. They then gave me a couple of days between the removal and follow up installation to tackle some HVAC items I had planned. Installation went as well as the removal. They efficiently air sealed the ceiling openings, treated the space with a disinfectant, and added the cellulose. The dust generation was limited as they mix the insulation with a small amount of water. They installed my attic stair tent and sealed that as well. We reduced our power bills by 30+% while also making the home more comfortable (reduced air draft). A win-win all around. Communication was great through the whole process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

10/10! 5 stars! This summer (2025) has been ruthless so far and it's not even July! I called Bird Family Insulation on Monday, got a quote on Tuesday, and completely insulated my attic by Thursday. Not only did they insulate my entire attic but they also removed all of my old insulation as well. They were timely, professional, honest, and affordable! ALSO, they are family-owned which I love to see! Most of the people that you will deal with are family. No sneaky, sleazy contractor trying to squeeze the most money out of you. 10/10 would recommend!

The crew at IOA were AWESOME! My wife and I got some radiant barrier and insulation up in the attic. I'll be as in-depth as possible here: THE CREW: We had a 3-man crew in and out in about 3 hours. They were SUPER pro- used drop-cloths to make sure the floors stayed clean, were very courteous and kind, and handled the install like bosses. They worked hard until the work was done, and made barely any noise doing it (so you can still work from home if you need to be around that day). THE INSTALL I did a good bit of studying before hiring, so I knew what the end result should look like. The crew exceeded it- radiant barrier was correctly installed, insulation was blown in to code (and then some) and flattened out, and the whole job just looked CLEAN. THE RESULTS On top of everything, the final install gave us awesome results- our house has been about 10-12% cooler during the day (from 76 degrees to 67-68). Sorry for the in-depth post, but I can't say enough about IOA. I would use them again in a second, and recommend them to anybody. The air conditioning in my office upstairs was running constantly, and still it was uncomfortably warm. So I did my research on spray foam insultation and nearby companies. I contracted with Koala Insulation of South Atlanta, and I couldn't be more happy with the results. It was 140 degrees in my attic when they started and after they finished, it felt like a warm summer day in the attic. I could tell the difference almost immediately, and now, it's a comfortable 78 in my office. I look forward to a significantly lower power bill. Koala Insulation did our basement. They did a great job and were professional. I appreciate the communication and patience with our project as plumbers and inspections fell behind schedule. Koala insulation, however, showed up when promised and finished as promised. They did a great job in the application of foam. We had a multitude of wires in the ceiling, mini-split air conditioning on the wall, and they were careful to cover it all. They cleaned up after the job and finished in a timely manner. I'd be happy to use them again.

I wanted to share my experience with Alex at USA INSULATION of ATLANTA. I am having a huge issue with crazy high power bills. Alex came out to inspect my property and make recommendations. He was very professional and knowledgeable but most of all, he is a very HONEST MAN. As it turns out, insullation is not my issue, my HVAC system is the culprit.
