So it’s been a couple of days after getting the insulation install and the house has been so much cooler. The AC is not working as hard in this heat. I needed insulation in my attic badly, my electric bill was sky high. I called Koala Insulation and they sent an inspector out the same day. He confirmed I had maybe 2 to 6 inches of attic insulation and over one room there was zero. He gave me a quote and it was very reasonable. I said when can you do the job. The next day he had me scheduled for their team to come out and blow in the fiberglass insulation filling all parts of my attic. Koala used Blown in insulation: Consisting of small pieces of insulation, this type of insulation can quite literally fill every nook and cranny of a space and create an uber-fluffy layer of effective insulation. Their technicians ensure your attic, wall and ceiling cavities are filled correctly and without gaps or voids. When they finished which was right around one hour I had already felt the amazing change in my air conditioning unit. They had blown in up to 12 inches of insulation as you can see on the markers they left. Now it was blowing colder air and had a better and stronger air flow coming out of the vents in every room of my house. Being is there had been no insulation prior surrounding my air ducts in the attic. This caused hot air from the attic to come down through the ceilings in my home, therefore my air conditioner could not keep the house cool and it ran all day long. Not anymore! The air conditioner when it reached the temperature set on my thermostat, finally shut off. What a difference after Koala Insulation had completed the job. The house maintained the temperature and my entire house was cool throughout the day. I definitely waited to long to have this well needed insulation blown in. I have included photos of before and after Koala completed the job. You can see by the rulers they set up in the attic how much insulation they blew in. The first set of photos were before the new insulation was blown in (dates and time on the pics). The last set of photos are after the new insulation was blown in (dates and time on pics). They worked with me to come up with a solution that I could afford to replace the attic insulation in my 40-year old house. Literally the best contractor out there. Sucked out my dirty cellulose insulation and replaced with spray foam added right to my roof deck. Attic is a comfortable, House is a perfect 70F. Can store stuff up there without it going bad, and not die of heat exposure. No more hot spots on 2nd floor either, AC bill down to $200 in summer time at 70F! Worth every single penny. Did I mention reduction in bugs getting into the house too!

best commercial insulation around!

I have nothing but the highest praise for this company. We have an old commercial building with a flat metal roof. A competitor of US Coating Specialists sprayed my exterior roof with closed cell foam and told me it would never leak again. I didn't know much at that time about the experience, expertise, and quality of product that is required for a good exterior roof foam job. Boy do I know now! The first company sprayed inferior foam with poor equipment, poor preparation, poor technique, and then covered it with inferior sealant. The job they did was terrible. They did not seal the metal roof seams while blocking drainage flow at the same time. Then they tried to fix the problem by spraying more foam on top of the old original bad job. The result was that my whole roof leaked at every seam! It was a disaster. US Coating Specialists are actually located near our building and stopped by when they saw the tarps on our roof. Thank the Lord they Did! The whole previous job had to be removed and done again properly. I watched both companies do the job from start to finish and could see the clear difference in everything that was done. US Coating Specialists has high quality spray rigs dedicated to each product they spray. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and care about their customers. They took care to minimize foam over spray and to clean up the mess as they went. And most importantly, the job they did was excellent. No Leaks! I highly recommend US Coating Specialists.

We could not be happier with US Coating Specialists and the roof on our historic theatre. They managed to complete the new roof in only 5 days (and that is with delays from rain), and it didn't effect a single day of operating our theatre. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Professional all the way I had a older building with a flat roof that I tried sealing off and on for over ten yrs I finally decided to see about a permanent fix . Most bids were to tear off and replace but his process is fast and clean plus a third of the cost and better warranty also the office staff was top notch thanx again for a great job Randy Bailey
