The team at Rocco Spray Foam Insulation did a phenomenal job in our house. Took one day to clean and remove the old insulation and one day to spray the new foam insulation. They were very professional, did exactly what they promised and delivered above my expectations. The house already feels a lot cooler without putting as much pressure in the AC. I have not seen the benefits in the electric bill yet (since this was a week ago) but I’m sure we will, since I don’t have to lower the thermostat as much as I was doing it a few days ago. I’ve already started to take advantage of the lower temperature in the attic and finally I’m able to use that space that before was impossible to get to due the high temperatures. Leo, Javon and Josue did an excellent job reinsulating my attic. My house was built 25 years ago and needed to be updated. They installed new airflow baffling to accommodate the additional insulation, resealed the AC ductwork and sealed gaps in the top plates. All for a reasonable price. Thanks to Derek and Capstone.

Not only were they amazing to deal with during the scheduling process, they were also very accommodating when the installation had to be rescheduled due to several construction delays. I called after a hurricane I had some of my insulation get wet due to my old roof.Dennis and his team were able to come out in a timely matter and resolve the issue working with the timeline of the new roof being installed. New insulation was put in and they also rewrapped my air ducts. Over all very professional and a job well done.

My house was hit by lightning on Sat. May 10th. It put a hole in the roof and penetrated the foam insulation underneath. Once the roof was fixed and the shingles replaced , Spray Pro came right out to assess the damage and got me an estimate for the Insurance Co.Two days later the job was done. Southern Foam did a good job for our guest apartment. Price is average but they do show up on time and complete the job when they said they would finish. They cleaned up after themselves and the installation is great. My attic is nice and cool and the electricity bill has gone down.

The guys who showed up to do the work were polite and professional. I felt safe leaving them to do their job while I went to work. They completed a removal of our existing insulation and installation of new spray foam within our attic space. We decided to perform this work while we were doing a major renovation on our home. Nick came out within a couple of hours and raised the garage door so we could get the car out and determined what was needed to make the repair.
