Orlando Spray Services performed the foam insulation in 1800 SF of our house. They are new to the market, but decided to take a chance on them because they provided the best cost proposal . It was a chance well taken. They came out and performed an admirable quality of service. This type of work is not glamorous, as they squeezed through the tightest places in the attic space to cover all areas with the proper insulation thickness. Since my background is in construction, I did a thorough inspection after the work was complete. Only found a couple small areas that needed to be touched up.....they came out the next day to address/resolve. No questions asked. They also did a great job protecting our house / staircase / furniture during the installation process. At no point did I feel they were in a rush. The quality of the foam product is one of the top 3 products on the market (I did my homework and confirmed this). A+ for their quality, customer service and standing by their service.

American Insulation was a very professional group! They were perfectly on time, super clean and did a great job of documenting everything and explaining the process. Awesome experience, the guys showed up and told me everything about the process and how they were going to do it. They are fast and very professional and knowledgeable. They insulated my house first thing in the morning and by mid noon you could already tell a difference. I needed to complete the insulation in my attic from an old roof leak. Half of my condo was notably warmer than the rest during the heat of the day and my light bills had been slowly increasing. I called after a hurricane I had some of my insulation get wet due to my old roof.Dennis and his team were able to come out in a timely matter and resolve the issue working with the timeline of the new roof being installed. New insulation was put in and they also rewrapped my air ducts. Over all very professional and a job well done.

Justin had been very good in responding and arranging the process of putting up fiber glass insulation in my attic. The power bill has been crazy and I’m glad I did the energy saving program, it’s been 3 weeks and I’m so looking forward to seeing some better numbers on my next power bill.

I asked Energy Savings Systems to stop by to possibly insulate our low pitched roof. Justin stopped by and provided options, including some that were not with his company. After giving each option careful consideration, we had Energy Saving System insulate above our laundry room. We also took Justin’s advice and had a reflective seal coat done on the roof since the low pitch made it difficult to add insulation without a lot of additional work and expense. Energy Savings Systems charged a fair price and with the reflective coating and new windows we did, we saw our electric bill drop 30% the first month and 6% the next month. The laundry room used to be unbearable in the summer, now it’s actually pleasant to be in the laundry room. We would recommend Energy Saving Systems for anyone needing insulation. Southern Foam did a good job for our guest apartment. Price is average but they do show up on time and complete the job when they said they would finish. They cleaned up after themselves and the installation is great. My attic is nice and cool and the electricity bill has gone down.

The guys who showed up to do the work were polite and professional. I felt safe leaving them to do their job while I went to work. They completed a removal of our existing insulation and installation of new spray foam within our attic space. We decided to perform this work while we were doing a major renovation on our home.
