Spray Foam Insulation in Orlando, FL

Orlando Spray Services performed the foam insulation in 1800 SF of our house. They are new to the market, but decided to take a chance on them because they provided the best cost proposal . It was a chance well taken. They came out and performed an admirable quality of service. This type of work is not glamorous, as they squeezed through the tightest places in the attic space to cover all areas with the proper insulation thickness. Since my background is in construction, I did a thorough inspection after the work was complete. Only found a couple small areas that needed to be touched up.....they came out the next day to address/resolve. No questions asked. They also did a great job protecting our house / staircase / furniture during the installation process. At no point did I feel they were in a rush. The quality of the foam product is one of the top 3 products on the market (I did my homework and confirmed this). A+ for their quality, customer service and standing by their service.

We hired All Florida to install spray foam in our new construction project. Not only were they amazing to deal with during the scheduling process, they were also very accommodating when the installation had to be rescheduled due to several construction delays. Leo, Javon and Josue did an excellent job reinsulating my attic. My house was built 25 years ago and needed to be updated. They installed new airflow baffling to accommodate the additional insulation, resealed the AC ductwork and sealed gaps in the top plates. All for a reasonable price. Thanks to Derek and Capstone.

Awesome experience, the guys showed up and told me everything about the process and how they were going to do it. They are fast and very professional and knowledgeable. They insulated my house first thing in the morning and by mid noon you could already tell a difference. I needed to complete the insulation in my attic from an old roof leak. Half of my condo was notably warmer than the rest during the heat of the day and my light bills had been slowly increasing. I called after a hurricane I had some of my insulation get wet due to my old roof.Dennis and his team were able to come out in a timely matter and resolve the issue working with the timeline of the new roof being installed. New insulation was put in and they also rewrapped my air ducts. Over all very professional and a job well done.

Hurricane party! The install was scheduled 2 weeks earlier for 8/30 which ended up being the day Hurricane Idalia made landfall so the weather was very windy, rainy, and horrible. Even still, the installers arrived on time and were eager to work. They were friendly, experienced, and a pleasure to deal with. They also did a good job cleaning everything up. The estimator, Travis, who was on vacation this week, still took the time to call and check in. He too was knowledgeable, persistent, and punctual. The owner stopped by mid-job to check on things. This is obviously a professionally run business and I’m very happy we went with them. The finished product is great and the price was reasonable. It’s incredible how much tighter the building is with spray foam installed. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Vincent from US Insulation Orlando. They provided us with a detailed review of our attic to determine how we will be able to save on heating and cooling. Their communication was excellent and we were kept informed during every step of the process. Vincent provided pictures of the attic before and after the Insulation. Southern Foam did a good job for our guest apartment. Price is average but they do show up on time and complete the job when they said they would finish. They cleaned up after themselves and the installation is great. My attic is nice and cool and the electricity bill has gone down.

Southern Foam did an amazing job. Martin worked with me to schedule the installation to work around my time frame. They estimated 2 days, it took one. The guys who showed up to do the work were polite and professional. I felt safe leaving them to do their job while I went to work. I checked on them periodically during the day and they were constantly working. The project was finished by end of day, they stayed after 5 to finish. They cleaned up what ever mess was made during the installation. We are extremely pleased with the experience and we know the value of their product will help our family in the long run. Let me begin by saying the staff was all very nice (hence the 2 stars) however, the product (block foam) not so nice. I recently had the block foam installed in my home after contemplating for a year. I decided to go ahead an have the block foam installed with some reservations. Well, I really should have gone with my gut feeling and not have it done. As I sit here in my home with the heat on, there isn't any difference in the feel since the foam install was done. The staff came out with a thermal camera to check and said the foam was done correctly and is in place. My thought is then why am I not noticing any difference. If I were asked, should I get this done my response would be a resounding NO. I would steer away from this product if you are wanting to have your home insulated from the cold/heat as it hasn't moved the needle one bit....$1900 just wasted.
