Southern Foam Insulation

Southern Foam did a good job for our guest apartment. Price is average but they do show up on time and complete the job when they said they would finish. They cleaned up after themselves and the installation is great. My attic is nice and cool and the electricity bill has gone down.

Southern Foam did an amazing job. Martin worked with me to schedule the installation to work around my time frame. They estimated 2 days, it took one. The guys who showed up to do the work were polite and professional. I felt safe leaving them to do their job while I went to work. I checked on them periodically during the day and they were constantly working. The project was finished by end of day, they stayed after 5 to finish. They cleaned up what ever mess was made during the installation. We are extremely pleased with the experience and we know the value of their product will help our family in the long run. Thank you to Mike and your team. we truly appreciated the time you took with us to explain the product and the process. I would recommend you to everyone I know.

To Team at Southern Foam Insulation: It is our pleasure to write this Letter of Recommendation on behalf of Southern Foam Insulation. They completed a removal of our existing insulation and installation of new spray foam within our attic space. We decided to perform this work while we were doing a major renovation on our home. Due to having vaulted ceilings, we had to remove portions of drywall at their recommendation in order to facilitate the spray foam installation in a correct manor. From the beginning, their proposal to us was quite clear, concise and addressed all aspects of the work they were proposing. We solicited a few bids and while Southern Foam Insulation was not the lowest bid, we felt they were going to deliver the highest quality for the price they were proposing (best value for our money). We believe that you get what you pay for and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. Their removal of our existing insulation took only 1 day and installation of the new spray foam insulation only took two days. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations and the crew and foreman were knowledgeable, skilled and competent. They were very respectful of our property and privacy. They had excellent work habits, strong safety orientation and emphasized getting the job done right rather than doing it quickly. They tidied up the area at the end of the work. Their attitude was very personable and made us feel comfortable allowing them free access within our home. Pablo, their on-site manager was knowledgeable about all aspects of our project and was able to coordinate and manage the crews effectively. He closely oversaw the project from start to finish. His attention to detail and strong organization of the crew was refreshing compared to other projects we have done with other trades. The communication and coordination of the work with other work being completed at the same time was initiated by Southern Foam Insulation and held to schedule. They communicated not only with us, but with the other trades and the General Contractor doing the renovation to make sure they were brought in at the right time and the project was ready for their install. They were very responsive to our needs and concerns. ON the few occasions when we brought a request or concern to their attention, they addressed and alleviated our needs and concerns. The equipment used for installation gave us a sense of relief that we knew we hired professionals. Their truck was clean and organized and the equipment used was quite impressive. They took great care with navigating their truck through our development as not to cause any issues with our association or neighbors. In conclusion, we were quite pleased with the professionalism of the company from beginning to end. We felt the need to write this Letter of Recommendation for Southern Foam Insulation because we believe that their exceptional work should not go unnoticed.
