I called last week and got a quote over the phone from Dave who seems extremely helpful he set up my appointment and explained everything to me. On the day of my appointment it was a team of two people they came early which was perfect for me and was done within a hour! They were very polite and left no mess behind. American Insulation was a very professional group! They were perfectly on time, super clean and did a great job of documenting everything and explaining the process. Work was done in an efficient manner with constant communication from their office verifying that we were satisfied with the work that was performed. We had our ac ducts cleaned and all old attic insulation removed, area was cleaned and sanitized, and new upgraded insulation installed. All employees were friendly and respectful of property.

Eden and his team came by and did a thorough inspection of our attic, because our AC bills have been killing us lately. Turns out the ducts were leaking and we had expired insulation from years ago. They did a full cleaning of the attic space and the blow in insulation, they even repaired the duct and included into the project for us as well, they were quick, efficient, and easy to work with. thanks guys!

Chris and Orane were the utmost professionals. They showed up on time and stayed until the job was finished. They were very thorough in the cleaning process and encouraged me to check their work in addition to showing me photos. I appreciated that. It was a 2-day process as you can imagine due to the extreme heat in tight space. However, they were extremely professional in keeping everything neat and tidy at the end of the day and went to great lengths to ensure the area was clean. They also strapped up some of the AC ducting as to get insulation underneath and ensure proper coverage. The spray foam around the openings in the Attic will ensure years of keeping the cool air where it belongs. I would highly recommend using this company again. My ac doesn't run as hard and there was an unexpected benefit of noise reduction from the outside.

I called them on a Saturday morning and the did the job the same day! I love that they showed me before and after photos of the work. I recently moved to South Florida, and my house was in need of insulation. I called Scott and he set me up with a fair price right over the phone for the radiant barrier and insulation and had me scheduled for the next day. His installers were thorough and what they did was really a game changer for my house. My house is cooler, more comfortable and definitely less humidity. I noticed my ac runs half the time now. The crew was friendly and they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this!

I called Scott from Cut My Kilowatts for help in my house when some rooms were very hot and some were very cold, install the radiant barrier and add attic insulation. The crew that came out were on time and extremely nice and professional. They did the work and cleaned up when they finished. I noticed that my a/c isn't running as much, thus saving on my electric bill, and my house feels cool and balanced throughout the house. Scott was able to quote me on the phone and was fair on the price. When the crew was actually at the house they noticed that some work that we thought needed to be done I didn't need. They were honest about it and where they still could have done it, they didn't, and my actual payment to them was less than the original quote. I found them honest, professional, knowledgeable, prompt and extremely nice and easy to deal with.
