Spray Foam Insulation in Miramar, FL

We got our storage space in attic sprayed with closed cell foam. Coastline was one of 3 companies we got quotes from. Lance was our coordinator for a job and estimator. He did excellent in communicating and explaining everything. His response was quick, based on square feet, height and number of walls. Their price was the best out of 3 too! A lot of businesses in the area price you based on how your house looks and neighbourhood it’s located in. I feel like Coastline did a solid honest quote based on amount of work, not the worth of your property. Their guys showed up 8am as scheduled, worked non stop in the hot hot attic till they were finished. They covered all the areas they were walking on, including garage floor. They cleaned up afterwards too. I definitely recommend them and will call only them for my future insulation needs. I do not know personally anyone working in this company and my experience is based on personal interaction and work completed. My advice is to consider them first before anyone else.

I just wanted to rate, and give a short review of the Service and Installation of Spray Foam Insulation in our RV Garage! 5 Stars!! I initially got in contact with Lance at Coastline Insulation thru my builder… Lance was so eager and easy to work with us! Great personal touch, he gave us a comprehensive and competitive cost offer, and was willing to make changes as we discussed different options. Lance gave us a price which was about $500 lower than another competitor. Very soon we were on the schedule, and his professionals were on their way! It was a big job, but they came in, on time, and prepared the RV Garage for spraying by putting up plastic drop cloths, taping up electrical outlets, etc. it took them about 6-7 hours overall, but they cleaned up like they weren’t even there! Highly recommend! David and his entire team are amazing! Scheduling with the team was so quick and perfect. They added the recommended amount of insulation in the attic. We noticed a huge difference where it stays cooler for longer upstairs and the AC doesn't have to work as hard. They are very careful while setting up and working and cleaned up right after. From the first visit to the end of the job, David remained professional. He inspected what the issues were, communicated them and addressed them as discussed. He also provided photos for proof. I had a very positive experience with David! Found his contact info on FPL website. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, went above and beyond to make the process seamless and finish it all in one day. They removed my old insulation and replaced it with new insulation. The difference is already noticeable as the AC is working less hours per day. I recently moved to South Florida, and my house was in need of insulation. I called Scott and he set me up with a fair price right over the phone for the radiant barrier and insulation and had me scheduled for the next day. His installers were thorough and what they did was really a game changer for my house. My house is cooler, more comfortable and definitely less humidity. I noticed my ac runs half the time now. The crew was friendly and they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this!

I called Scott from Cut My Kilowatts for help in my house when some rooms were very hot and some were very cold, install the radiant barrier and add attic insulation. The crew that came out were on time and extremely nice and professional. They did the work and cleaned up when they finished. I noticed that my a/c isn't running as much, thus saving on my electric bill, and my house feels cool and balanced throughout the house. Scott was able to quote me on the phone and was fair on the price. When the crew was actually at the house they noticed that some work that we thought needed to be done I didn't need. They were honest about it and where they still could have done it, they didn't, and my actual payment to them was less than the original quote. I found them honest, professional, knowledgeable, prompt and extremely nice and easy to deal with.

Great company! Assessed the seawall problem, laid out the plan of repair, one week later repaired the 88 foot seawall with precisely placed injection sites every 18 inches. It took the team only 3 hours, yard was in perfect condition when they left. 10 year warranty on the work, proven technology, I am on board with The Foam Guys!
