Spray Foam Insulation in Folsom, CA

We chose California Energy Services to replace the windows in our whole house after bidding 5 or 6 companies. Marcus was our rep and he was never pushy or sales - which is something I really appreciated. He was knowledgeable and genuine. The windows I chose were a newer style and took longer to manufacture. Marcus kept me updated and informed along the way via text, phone, or email. The installation team was also great! They worked around my work schedule and started in my office so that I could prepare for a virtual presentation the following day. They also took care of my home, from carefully removing and reinstalling my window coverings to cleaning up the inside and outside. We used "new construction" for the install so there was quite a bit of mess that I never had to worry about. When the installation was complete, we did a walk through and Loren (on the install team) made me feel comfortable to point out anything that I noticed or wanted corrected. The only thing I noticed was a bent screen and he happily ordered a new one. I would definitely recommend CA Energy Services as a reputable, honest, and quality company.

I haven’t been so impressed with a company in a long time and it was during a tough time when our heater went out. CES went above and beyond to take care of us. Ron their technician, Marcus their Project Manager, and Rodger the owner all had a hand in our experience. CES wasn’t the only company I spoke to and they weren’t the only company that came out to our house to diagnose what the problem was, and provide quotes. I was quoted crazy amounts to replace the whole system, but CES was the only company that quoted only the components that needed replacing of which brought our cost way down. Ron made sure everything was perfect before he left our house. Marcus spent an hour and a half in our kitchen trying to update the software on our thermostat which was outdated. We ended up having to replace the thermostat too, but Rodger made sure it was affordable for us. I can’t say enough good things about CES. Bottom line is we received excellent service in a reasonable time, an updated heater, and all at a reasonable price. Sheron A.

Both our QII inspector and our County Building Inspector were very pleased with the job Sierra Insulation Co. did on our ADU. The county inspector walked in, and said, "This looks good. Good crew, did a good overall job. Spray-foam insulation in our attic remodel which we opened up into a living space. Co$t came out higher than the original bid, but that was a communication issue on both sides. Make sure your bid is exactly what you expect & agree to up front to avoid surprises. Would hire them again.
