AJ came through the door with a bubbling personality, explained in detail of what Cat represents, gave an great demo on the windows and a break down on how the windows help to keep the sun out and the head inside, the entire experience was great was able to learn something new. AJ customer service is over the top ,thank him for the great experience.
John Peavy was the sales representative and he was so knowledgeable and friendly. He was patient and took his time explaining the benefits of the new windows. He showed us the rough shape of our old ones as well and did a great demo of all the parts that are included with the new ones. We really appreciated the time he spent.

We purchased an entry door from Hall's Window Center. The experience from beginning to end was amazing...and the door is beautiful. The installer, David Pitsker, was knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. His skill and attention to detail were superb. He went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the outcome. We’d like to commend the leadership and workmanship that Dave Pitsker (Installation Crew Lead) exhibited throughout the entire installation process of our replacement French Doors back in SEP 2025. Dave ensured that he and his two assistants worked cleanly, diligently and competently, and it was quite obvious that he is very thorough with his craft, having a keen eye and attention to detail. He and his crew were very respectful of our home, and thanks to his obvious experience and judgment, our doors work flawlessly … open & close smoothly, quietly, and snugly. We had our windows and doors replaced by Hall’s Window Center last year. Wow! What an amazing company. They helped us pick the correct window for our mid century modern home. They were able to perform a new construction installation. They even helped with repairing the stucco! They installed new interior casing and did the painting. Great company. Highly recommend.
