Had clear efficiency come out in November of 2024 to give quote for attic reseal and new insulation. Don was very professional and explained everything from work to rebates. I then asked about updating my HVAC system in my house and he also went over everything and was not pushy just provided estimates. I was very happy with his service that I got both the attic and HVAC redone with them. Jesse and his team got me right in and worked around my busy work schedule and was even able to get the attic done while I was at work. We did have some hiccups with the rebate for the work but I got all the rebates and I’m very pleased with there quality of work. Would recommend to anyone.

Clear Efficiency supplied and installed eighteen (18) Maxeon Max 3 solar panels at my home (Maxeon’s extended 40-year warranty requires registration). Clear Efficiency is very knowledgeable and experienced, offering me the latest solar panel technology. Their pricing is competitive and the installation was professional and executed on schedule. They submitted the NEM application, took care of the permitting, and provided financing, making the whole processes hassle free. Before this, I was paying high electrical and gas utility bills to PGE. After the first 12 months, my solar panel system generated a surplus of over 3,000 kWh, making me eligible for a Net Surplus Compensation at True-Up. Since then I purchased an electric vehicle and I expect my solar panel system to power most of my home’s electrical energy usage, including a Central Air/Heat Comfort Heat Pump system and Heat Pump Hybrid Water Heater.

I was experiencing trouble with my air conditioning unit for the past two summers. I was getting no airflow and my house would not cool lower than 85°. I called Clear Efficiency and they came out and quoted me a price and I was so impressed that I decided to go with them. Their crew came out and was polite, professional, and did an outstanding job installing both my air conditioner and heater. The crew’s answered my questions and continue to update me on what they were doing, they even cleaned up after themselves. They wrapped the walls where the heater was to control the heat in that space. They installed new ductwork and installation, again fixing the leaks that were happening in the old system. The team's completed the job on time and as quoted. I’ve used the Air conditioner now for two days and it is working absolutely phenomenal. It’s cooling my house like I’ve never seen before and I couldn’t be more pleased with the process and outcome working with Clear Efficiency. Their communication was super from start to finish. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a quality product and professional services for your needs of an air-conditioning unit. Absolutely the best company I’ve ever worked with. Update- have had this system for over 6 months and my summer energy bills have drop by 8% a great savings. Now onto the winter savings!

I had them come out to insulate my garage (underneath the roof). They did a great job! It included a white cover sheet to make my garage look nice and tidy. I'll definitely be calling them for insulation projects in the future.
