Had our whole attic sprayed. The difference between the white fluffy insulation and the spray insulation is like night and day. We had this done in Dec while the temps dropped to 32° and our heater barely kicked in. With our old stuff, the heater would be working all night. The crew was clean and quick. Job done right. What more can I say?

Met with Manuel, he quoted me a good price for removal, repair of rodent entry discovered and installation of new insulation. He arrived on time and provided photos after estimation of job. On the scheduled day, Marcelino and Carlos arrived on time and started working right away. All were friendly and professional and cleaned up everything both days they worked the job. I recommend this business because of the ease it took to get it competed, no effort at all on my part calling them or texting them. Everything was communicated beautifully. Great Job!!! This company answered right away, came out to provide estimate the same day. They explained every step of the process and how/why they were doing it. They were willing to work around a separate company’s schedule in order to get an hvac system installed. Then come back to add the insulation. They were great with communication, even text me the day before the appt to remind me and give me an eta for a start time.

I hired Manuel to renovate my attic. He offered the best price. On his first visit, he went up to the attic and took many photos to show me, explaining the process and what type of insulation would be best. His crew was very careful with the floor and walls of my house, and the result in the attic was fantastic.

Hired Efficiency insulation to remove entire attic of old disgusting moldy old insulation. Only attic access was in a 2'x 3' closet in living room. Start to finish 2 days. Outstanding job, oh yeah did I mention it was mid summer so hot as Hades in attic but raining both days.

Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their attic cleaned up and re-insulated. We were dealing with HVAC running constantly and still unable to cool down the house effectively. Oumar visited for an initial inspection and came back with a bunch of photos from the attic. He walked us through all the various options we could benefit from, and left us with a competitive quote, without ever being pushy. On the day of service, Dani and his team were extremely professional in their job. They took care of a bunch of rodent mess in the attic and sealed a lot of rodent entry points. They took care of every small task I asked them to do, and left the whole house cleaner than they started with. Attaching some before and after photos for reference. Even though the HVAC still runs constantly, at least it is able to keep up with the heat and bring temperatures down. Just go for them!

We hired Attic Elite to clean and rodent-proof our church attic, and overall we are very pleased with the experience. Although the crew arrived later than expected, they stayed until the job was done and made sure everything was completed properly. Our attic had been in poor condition for a long time—it was very dirty, dusty, and there were several openings that needed to be sealed. The team worked hard despite the difficult environment. They cleaned thoroughly, removed all the mess, and sealed the holes with care to ensure rodents won’t be able to get back in. It was not an easy project, but they handled it professionally and left the attic in excellent shape. Had clear efficiency come out in November of 2024 to give quote for attic reseal and new insulation. Don was very professional and explained everything from work to rebates. I then asked about updating my HVAC system in my house and he also went over everything and was not pushy just provided estimates. I was very happy with his service that I got both the attic and HVAC redone with them. Jesse and his team got me right in and worked around my busy work schedule and was even able to get the attic done while I was at work. We did have some hiccups with the rebate for the work but I got all the rebates and I’m very pleased with there quality of work. Would recommend to anyone.

They submitted the NEM application, took care of the permitting, and provided financing, making the whole processes hassle free. Before this, I was paying high electrical and gas utility bills to PGE. After the first 12 months, my solar panel system generated a surplus of over 3,000 kWh, making me eligible for a Net Surplus Compensation at True-Up. Since then I purchased an electric vehicle and I expect my solar panel system to power most of my home’s electrical energy usage, including a Central Air/Heat Comfort Heat Pump system and Heat Pump Hybrid Water Heater.

I had a GREAT experience getting some of our windows replaced with California Energy Services. Marcus was super responsive, and answered all my questions. He made sure to send out his installer beforehand to make sure all measurements were correct. The install crew was fantastic - very quick, and did a good clean up job. Marcus made sure to stop by the day of install to confirm all went well. Will definitely reach out to them for any future window needs. Their pricing was competitive, and the quality is just what we were looking for.

We recently had our house rewired and the company doing it subcontracted with ace insulation to remove the attic insulation and blow it back in after. I was impressed with the care the workers took to clean up afterwards and to lay down protective material to protect our floors. They were polite and did the work well. I'd recommend them.

I’m writing this review while the Gold Star crew is finishing up one of my projects. This is as good of an outfit as you’ll find in construction. The office staff was super responsive - Jesse came out to visit the job site twice and addressed every concern and helped make the right insulation decisions when the project underwent a major siding upgrade. The crew of installers were polite and friendly; they fulfilled every request and were meticulous with their work. I also need to mention that the job site was left as clean as they found it. I am happy to have found an insulation pro that I can go back to on future projects. Five Gold Stars all the way.

Two excellent teams to complete the attic insulation. Julio, Arbeno,and Wilzon took out the old insulation. And Neptali and Isidro blown in the fiberglass insulation.
