John and his crew showed up expecting a small replacement of insulation that had been removed due to a flood in my home. When he crawled into the tiny crawlspace under my home he found much more significant damage due to squirrels, mice and rats setting up housekeeping. He explained the problem in detail, provided me with a new estimate, purchased more insulation and foam to seal up cracks and holes that the critters were using to gain entry to my home.
