We had a great experience working with Eugene and Dimitriy. They stayed on schedule and worked out any little hiccups quickly. The end product of our total kitchen remodel is beautiful. The lighting, cabinets, new longer island, countertops, sink, faucet, floors, baseboard, crown molding and fixtures are so functional yet elegant. We are very happy with their work. American Advantage Remodeling worked very closely with us to do some remodeling in our home. They remodeled our main bathroom, which was very small with a pedestal sink, and a very old, fiberglass tub/shower, see photos. The tile was put in beautifully; we also had radiant floor heat installed that cost very little compared to the warmth and impact it has on the comfort of the bathroom. They also put in new wood flooring in one bedroom and a built-in a bookshelf in the hallway - see photos. The job included a lot of work changing walls to recapture more space in the home itself, adding a pantry, we never had before, and also a utility closet. Eugene, the owner and estimator, walked through all of our requests and concerns regarding the work, and came up with an excellent plan to help resolve the issues that we had been dealing with for over 15 years. Dmitriy, his manager, continued to work with us throughout the job to modify change and fine-tune what we desired in terms of the home. He and often his crew, provided suggestions beyond what we could imagine, that has created a wonderful change in the comfort of our home. They widened our doorways to accommodate handicap access, installed three new doors, provided imperfect smooth work on our walls in our living area, installed lighting for our artwork, allowing us to display generations of family paintings and other artwork. For a number of these changes, we realized that we wanted them after the contract was signed. With any other contractor we would have had to sign a series of change orders that would increase the price of the job. Despite the many changes, they stayed within the job’s budget and still provided excellent work and services. Their main goal was to ensure our satisfaction with the job. It was to make sure that we had a home we loved. The work was professional, timely, and every day we knew who would be there and what they would be working on. Every single worker who came to our home was kindly, pleasant, receptive, and excellent at what they did.

We recently had America Cool Construction come out to take care of a repair and then perform maintenance on our Spanish tile roof, and we couldn't be happier with the results. David was very knowlegable and patiently explained the issues that needed to be addressed. He helped us understand why regular roof maintenance is so important, which we hadn't thought much about before. We had no idea how much debris collects under the tile roof in the valley areas. As David explained, this over time can cause leaks and roof damage. The team was professional and friendly. The work was scheduled and they showed up on time that day. Our home is a two-story so they took photos as they proceeded with the repairs, so we could see their progress. The quality of their work was fantastic; they really know what they're doing. I needed some repairs done on my roof, so I called Infinite Energy and spoke with a charming lady named Valerie. She set me up an appointment a couple of days later for a roof inspection. The inspector, Jason, did a thorough inspection covering my concerns, and provided some recommendations to prolong the life of my roof. He took pictures of everything, and provided me a very reasonable estimate of repairs. Two weeks later their technician, Richie, came out and performed the repairs. Richie is a very personable and proficient tech, and wow, what a hard worker! He went above and beyond in completing the repairs, and again, pictures were taken showing the work results. I am very satisfied with the whole process, and highly recommend their services.

I had an inspection and tune up on four appliances (furnace, A/C, water heater, electrical). The technician was EXCELLENT. Took pictures of everything and didn’t mind at all my husband shadowing him. Went over everything with us - only found one minor issue, so I feel this company is trustworthy. By the way, I had this same company install solar 3 years ago, did excellent, best decision ever!
