Chase, Raphael, and Gage were awesome from start to finish. They showed up on time, checked out all the sinking concrete issues around my house, and got right to work. They lifted and leveled everything perfectly, filled every crack, waterproofed my window wells and the whole foundation, and even put in underground drainage spouts that send water safely out into the yard—no more puddles or leaks! What really stood out was how respectful they were of my property. We just met with David who is personable and knowledgeable. He did thorough measurements of our house to assess the amount of sinking we were experiencing. We had several cracks in the walls and brick of our house. We thought it was just normal settling, but we were wrong. David showed us how the southwest corner of the house had sunk 3” causing cracks in the wall and separation of windows and chimney from the house. He explained the process Davenport uses to lift the house. Amazing! The cost was less than we expected. David was a pleasure to work with.
I chose Davenport because of all their 5 star reviews. I am happy to add my 5 star comments as well. Our project consisted of raising and leveling 2 stone and wood columns which support our rear deck, raising concrete patio sections, installing new concrete in the area that could not be raised and filling in the cracks. After getting an estimate, they had 3 different crewa come to do the job. Francisco, the foreman, Fernando and Manual did the heavy work of excavating around the foundations of the pillars. Tristan did the foam injecting for the slabs, and Darrell and Moises did the crack repairs. Everyone was very professional and did an excellent job. Davenport is very busy and had to postpone the original start date by 2 weeks but they communicated very well during this process. I was pleased by the outcome and recommend them highly.
