We hired Cody and his team create a sound barrier between floors in our investment property. The price was more than fair, the job was scheduled and completed before a fairly tight deadline. Communication was excellent the entire way through. The job was a little unconventional but Cody's team rose to the challenge even when new unexpected obstacles arose. They far exceeded our expectations and took care of our tenants. 10/10, will hire again.

Very happy with the work that Danzik and the team at Loyalty Insulation completed above our garage and in all the exterior walls. We’ll definitely be using them to re-insulate the entire house once we have a few more bucks put aside for this. I would absolutely suggest calling them and having them come out and either insulate something that’s not or re-insulate that 20 years of insulation that’s probably not even R13 anymore. This was way overdue for us after living here for nine years, and wish we did it sooner. I found Loyalty Insulation on a social media ad and by far, they’ve been the best company we’ve used from a social media ad in the past. I wouldn’t expect anything else in the future, but to exceed our standards in the future.

Jeremy, Jensen and JC did a great job on my insulation upgrade! They put insulation above the garage that IS DIFFICULT TO ACCESS. They performed a home air sealing check and sealed up the door to the mechanical room. I appreciated their respect of my home (that's HUGE to me) and their explanation of the work performed. They readily answered all my questions and shared photos they took of the garage because it's so hard to access. I'm glad Preston was pounding the pavement and found me home. These guys did a great job! Preston even stopped back by the next day when the work was completed to make sure the guys did good work and took care of me! Top notch!

Amazing Experience! Worked with Cody and Chris, who were very professional and did an amazing job touching up the insulation in my new home. The original contractors (not USI) had missed several spots and the temperature in our home would vary significantly from room to room. Cody and Chris came on time and were very careful to ensure that they didn't leave any mess. They touched up the insulation and even put in a bit extra to ensure that we wouldn't have any issues. I will definitely be using USI for any future insulation services.

I hired USI to insulate my garage and they did a fantastic job. They blew in r38 in the attic and filled the walls. The walls are sheet rocked so they cored holes and blew the insulation into the cavities. Great price from RJ and the installers were friendly and professional. They left the garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. I will definitely use them again

I was going to give them a 2 star for losing the key to the truck and blocking me in my driveway so that I was late for a work meeting, but the service was incredible. Amazing job. My workers were Andre and Jose. Not quite sure if that was their names. Great job by them

Never used the service an never will was pulling into a restaurant and was almost slammed into by a driver and he got physically aggressive shouting racial slurs. Glad to see the kind of people they employ and how they conduct themselves in a company vehicle.
