I was very impressed with elite energy solutions. They arrived per their scheduled time and after explaining to me, what was going to take place they immediately began their work. I was updated with the scope of the work and what they were doing at different steps along the way And there were no concerns at all during the visit. Nico and Jason were professional and efficient and completed the work in the promised time. I felt that Nico really went out of his way to make certain that we were happy with the work and that we knew what was going to happen the minute he walked in the door. I was impressed that there was no sign or mess showing that they had been here to do the work and that everything was done as promised. Jeremy, Jensen and JC did a great job on my insulation upgrade! They put insulation above the garage that IS DIFFICULT TO ACCESS. They performed a home air sealing check and sealed up the door to the mechanical room. I appreciated their respect of my home (that's HUGE to me) and their explanation of the work performed. They readily answered all my questions and shared photos they took of the garage because it's so hard to access. I'm glad Preston was pounding the pavement and found me home. These guys did a great job! Preston even stopped back by the next day when the work was completed to make sure the guys did good work and took care of me! Top notch!
