What a great experience we had from a residential service provider. Performance Insulation recently added insulation to our attic space. Samuel arrived on time, was professional and courteous to look at the job. He provided a quote while onsite. Other companies took up to over 10 days just to provide a simple quote.... that was disappointing. Performance installers Jorge and Jose arrived a few days later as scheduled and on time (even a bit early)! They were professional, clean and respectful of our home as they did their jobs. They cleaned up and completed the job within the estimated time. It is refreshing to see great customer service still exists. It was definitely a great experience and I would recommend and use Performance Insulation again. They were great from start to finish. Thanks Samuel, Jorge and Jose.
