Joe, Chris and Devin just our house after finishing the foam injection process on the back of our house. It’s been a 4 year battle trying to get to the reason for out condensation issues. Hope it works. But I will say, these 3 are 3 people I would invite over for a cookout. So friendly, funny, and accommodating my watching the process. They didn’t shoo me away and I tried to stay clear. All 3 of these guys know their stuff.

We had a great experience with USA insulation. I reached out and was able to get a quote very quickly. Quote was reasonable for the job which was great and on point with other companies. Install went very well. The crew was on time and did a very good job removing old insulation, air sealing our attic and then blowing in insulation to code R-49. Crew also cleaned up the job well and left little to no trace. Overall great experience with USA Insulation and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade the insulation and overall efficiency of their home.

This team was the best. As a professional general contractor myself, Shakes to Shingles (also known as NE Airsealing) stands out among other businesses for their great office and field staff. They were timely, extremely competent, did excellent work, and helped me to maximize my rebate from NH Saves. They conducted blower door tests and IR camera scans to reduce my airleakage by over 50% and performed high insulation installation as well. They were clean, had great communication, and proved to be knowledgeable experts in their field. I can't recommend them enough.

Quality Insulation of Portsmouth gets a solid recommendation from me! They handled the insulation for my new construction home, tackling the standard batt insulation and vapor barrier with professionalism and efficiency. But what really impressed me was their service when I decided to finish the room above my garage. Rick came out to assess the space and provided me with three clear and competitive quotes: one for standard batt insulation, another for a hybrid approach, and a third for full foam insulation. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain the pros and cons of each option. After speaking with some neighbors who had experienced conditioning issues with just batt insulation in similar spaces, I opted for the hybrid approach, and I'm very glad I did. Rick was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. The quotes were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and materials. The installation team was equally impressive. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and took the time to walk me through the installation process before they began. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable through every step of the insulation process on our new home. We appreciated their communication and responsiveness on our home renovation project.

I sadly cannot recommend working with this company at all. Although very affordable, their lack of communication between their employees is frustrating and unprofessional. Over the course of a week, I was stood up for 4 separate appointments that was made by them! I work from home, and have a flexible schedule, but this was a bigger headache than I ever wanted. I had to call the main office and speak to the manager (Jason) on two separate occasions, who was as clueless as Mike (the project manager). And when I finally was able to get them to come to my house, they showed up at 7:30am (earliest I asked for was 8am) when the household wasn't even awake yet. Don't believe my review? Luckily, I have receipts of my entire experience with Mike, the project manager.

One of the worst companies I've ever done business with. Only giving them 1 star cuz I can't give them zero. I scheduled my insulation to be put into my addition, tried to schedule it for 2 days but was told by the man I spoke with that the job could be done in one day so I scheduled it the first available apt a month from then. I proceeded to schedule my plasterer and electrician following the insulation. The day comes and no one shows up, we call and they told us it was rescheduled AND NO ONE CALLED US TO TELL US THIS! My husband had taken a vacation day to be their during the job and I had scheduled everyone according to the job being done that day. Now they come the next day, do subpar work and leave at 1:30 with the work NO WHERE NEAR DONE! What happened to a one day job?! I called the office to complain again and fine out when my job will be done and of course no one answers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
