Dom and his crew showed up promptly and introduced the ‘dream team.’ They certainly were! They insulated our walls and attic and were efficient, respectful and informative. They left our home completely cleaned up and were helpful in answering questions and explaining their work. We would highly recommend them!

We had this company come to do work from the mass save program. They sent out two men to do a weatherization project to better seal our attic and a crawl space to add insulation in both areas. In addition, they put in door sweeps and weather stripping around an exterior door. The men who came to our house were professional, informative and cleaned up after themselves. We would highly recommend.

Dom And Rodney came out for 3 days total and did an amazing job. U can not even tell they were there. Clean up was beyond my expectations. Very friendly super knowledgeable and were upfront and honest about the entire process. They insualted the entire exterior and attic. Beyond happy with them and the company. Would reccomend anyone to this company.

Did great work insulating a few odd areas around the house. The spray foam crew managed to get above and down the side of an attic shower we didn’t demo. The cellulose crew was efficient. Everyone was personable, flexible and professional

We recently had home insulation installed by McLaughlin and Williams through the MassSave Program. We could not be happier with this company. Our first introduction with Noreen Sheridan, owner of McLaughlin and Williams which is a family owned business, was warm and welcoming. Noreen was extremely helpful with scheduling, guiding us through the process and keeping us informed and up-to-date. Her crew was courteous, professional, dependable and thorough. Her foreman, Jay Pinto, never left each day without informing us what work was accomplish that day and what work would be performed the following day. The walls that needed to be insulated from the interior were left in conditions where only paint needed to be applied. They went above and beyond and finished the job in exactly the six days that was told to us at scheduling. I highly recommend McLaughlin and Williams and can't thank them enough for a job well done!

McLaughin insulated our house through the Mass Saves program and did a great job. The crew was great to work with and took the time to customize the work order once they arrived. Work we got done: -Blow-in cellulose insulation -Insulating sunroom floor -Insulating sunroom ceiling. A picture of the sunroom insulation is attached (the sloppy purple foam work in the background is mine).

Not only did these guys have the earliest availability than the three contractors I shortlisted through Mass Save, but they worked around my work schedule and holiday travel plans to do my whole house insulation project - which I really appreciated as winter was just around the corner. As other reviews mentioned, Curtis and his crew carefully protected our (brand new) hardwood floors with lots of tarps, threw plastic over furniture and vacuumed after each day of work. Our home feels so much warmer and I am already seeing savings in my gas bill! I couldn't be any happier with their work.

We recently worked with Polar Bear Insulation after a Mass Save assessment recommended several energy-saving improvements, and we couldn't be happier with the results! They sealed our attic, added a new gable vent, installed 14 inches of fresh insulation, and even built a 2-foot-wide catwalk for easy future access. Peter, Steve, and Curtis were fantastic—professional, friendly, and true experts in their field. They went above and beyond, carefully protecting our home with tarps and plastic to keep everything clean during the process. The workmanship was top-notch, and the difference is noticeable—our home feels so much warmer now! We're having a lot of renovations done on our home. Of all the contractors we've hired, Polar Bear insulation was among the best. They were hired through Mass Save. I highly recommend. They were courteous, punctual, did great work, and did a fabulous job of cleaning up after himself.
