The Koala team led by Chris and Pablo were great. Chris was the only one who spent time in the attic doing a full assessment. The service was scheduled for the following week with Pablo and his team - they were quick, efficient, and thorough. I highly recommend them for anyone needing the services they offer!

We have a 1700 sq foot attic that needed a complete clean out and reinstallation of insulation. After 3 estimates we settled on Koala. From the quote, to the knowledge and installation, everything was beyond our expectations. Chris the owner personally came over and spent a good deal of time with us explaining the entire process. They take great care in spacing in baffles around vents and sealing all the gaps. During the install, Chris personally came out and checked up on everything. The install team came out with 5 people and twice the number of vacuums and blowers and cut the install time down greatly. A special thank you to Pablo, John, CJ, Edwin and Aiden for their professionalism and courtesy as they worked the day here. They informed us that We are very satisfied customers!

I can’t believe the difference Koala Insulation made in our home. After they finished the crawl space insulation, the temperature in our house finally stayed consistent. The crew was professional, arrived on time, and left the workspace spotless. Highly recommend if you want to make your home more comfortable.

Box sills were insulated in October. My home had a mouse problem for the past couple of years and paid a Pest Service (all they did was put bait boxes outside). Found information to insulate your box sills where the small leaks are allowing cold air and pests to come in. Wish I knew about this solution before. Now, absolutely no evidence of mice, spiders, webs, small bugs..... All perfectly and expertly sealed. Basement is warmer and less damp and wood floors above are warmer. ARC Company was excellent. They were easy to talk to and the crew was helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was sealed off and debris expertly removed . Old insulation had some mold AND dead mice.... UGH!!!! Everything was cleaned up and installed perfectly. Crew was professional, courteous and outstanding.... Wasted too much money on Pest Service and should have insulated with ARC . Highly recommend services and crew. Money well spent for great services and results.

Great communication from start to finish on my project!! David (initial consultation and sales) was very easy to work with, very patient, very knowledgeable. The crew (Victor and Pedro) were professional and friendly. I appreciated how hard they worked, their attention to detail, and how clean they kept everything. He walked through each one with me in detail and was honest about what was better or not in those quotes so I could feel confident I was getting the best value. Innovative Insualtion Solutions are the best. They sprayed closed cell foam in our open attic spaces. Communication prior to the project beginning from the office regarding timing and how the job would go was excellent. The crew sent over to my home were even better. They communicated well, showed up on time each day and were respectful of my home...three things that I, as a small business owner, can really appreciate. The owner, Richard Spies, also showed up onsite to make sure all was well and to answer any questions that I had. A really great experience from start to finish. Great communication, easy scheduling, fair pricing. Richard was great to work with and his team was friendly, clean, and efficient. We got 3 quotes for insulation and thIs was by far the most reasonable. We saw the difference in our energy needs almost immediately - we would keep the thermostat at 73 and our bedroom upstairs would not get warmer than 68. After the insulation was added the room temp is exactly what we set the thermostat to. Glad we did this before winter began. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

I contacted Chicago Green Insulation to see if anything could be done to prevent my pipes from freezing again this winter. Tom called me back and was over to inspect my house by the next day. He did a thorough inspection of the areas where I’ve had freezing and went down into the crawl space to see how well it was insulated. It turned out that my crawl space already was insulated but Tom alerted me to several other things I could do to help potentially avoid having my pipes freeze. A couple of his suggestions were ones I could do on my own while others will require professionals to do the work. Tom very nicely offered to help get a quote for one of the jobs with someone in the industry that he has worked with for many years. Although I wasn’t able to hire Tom to provide any insulation work for me, I really appreciate how much he has gone above and beyond, even long after he knew I wasn’t going to need his services.

Called Tom to get some perspective on a moisture issue I'm having in my attic. He was very honest and shared that the issue is not something he needs to handle and gave me some technical knowledge and small tips to solve the problem. Tom, the owner, came out to visit our home on short notice because we were experiencing vastly different temperatures on the 2nd floor of our 1890s home. He took a look at the situation, gauged temperatures, structure, and gave practical, honest alternative solutions to insulation. Since adding insulation would require certain renovations that we weren’t looking to do, Tom suggested dehumidification and hvac modification, and gave the names of reliable professionals from his contacts. He did not try to make a gratuitous sale. He maintained integrity and focused on problem-solving. From the initial quote to the install, Green Attic, was accommodating and fast. Frank came out on May 20 and squeezed up into the attic space. Found black mold on the rafters from poor ventilation due to a broken fan. I appreciated his honesty and recommendations. Ten days later, Edgar and his crew (Omar and Rigoberto) arrived. They did a great job remediating the black mold in the attic, adding thick insulation, baffles and replacing the attic fan with a solar powered fan for continuous attic air exchange. When they finished, Edgar showed me the final air flow and his crew were very respectful of the property, cleaning and tidying up the work area. I would recommend Green Attic to anyone needing mold remidiation and insulation.

We had four Green Attic workers involved over our three day project. The first day Alvaro & Jeff worked diligently at completing the mold remediation and insulation installation. They were polite, hard working and respectful of our home. The second day, Mario completed the initial mudding & sanding of the installation holes. Then on the third day, Mario and Sammy completed the final sanding and the opening of the soffit vents. These two men were also hard working and respectful of our property. The entire job went smoothly and comfortably.

Our house is drastically more comfortable after an air sealing and insulation project. They were also able to accommodate our request for a positive pressure blower door test (rather than negative), though it take a bit of back and forth to get that sorted out. They did very good work and I will definitely be reaching out again if we have any future insulation projects.

It was a pleasure to work with Brian, Andrew, and their family business. I recently had Eco Tec at my home doing wall cavity insulation. My house is over 100 years old and largely stucco exterior, both of which present more challenges, but they were able to do get the job done mostly from the outside. I only had a short turn around time for completion of the work, repair, and clean up. Brian went above and beyond to get my final clean up done by my required deadline - thank you Andrew and Ryan. I want to acknowledge Ruben for his efforts and thorough work getting my drywall repaired, painted and back to normal. Brian is very responsive and has such a friendly, calm and competent attitude. We just had our attic and crawl space insulated and a moisture barrier put in. The crew showed up on time and every one of them was polite and professional. We could tell they had a lot of experience working together because they were super organized. The insulation work they did in both my attic and crawl space was efficient and very professional. The crew of men that performed the work I found to be considerate and courteous. Great response…Called and had a site visit within 48Hrs, Booked and completed within a week. Granted it was a smaller job, but Wes showed up promptly and ran me through the process, questions were asked and answered. Very happy with the results.

We are super pleased with Dr. Energy Saver and the work they did on our home! Our house did not have the proper insulation which was leading to uncomfortable nights and expensive utility bills. After the service was performed the house was instantly more comfortable. The reason we chose this vendor was due to the thoroughness to diagnose the situation vs. writing a quote trying to make a quick buck. The team that performed the work was easy to work with and professional every day.

DES came to look at our small space that needed insulation, talked through the details, and met the price of the competitors who just sent over a quote (or didn't respond at all). The workers came when scheduled, walked me through expectations again, and completed the job on time, cleaning up their mess. Everyone was professional and respectul.

We used Reubens spray foam for our pole building. Julian was very prompt and responsive. they came out immediately for the estimate. After a very fair price was given the crews came out and spray foamed our pole building walls. And also did blown-in fiberglass for the ceiling. They guys were top-notch. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend Rubens Spray Insulation! We needed to have two walk-in attic spaces and a portion of ceiling between them spray-foamed. There was a 5 month gap between when Julian came out for an estimate and when the work was actually completed because we were waiting for another project to finish up first, and they were responsive and understanding the whole time. The guys who did our work were excellent - super nice, professional, and did a wonderful job. The quality of work is fantastic and we noticed an *immediate* difference in terms of how well our house retained heat. Thanks guys!

One of the best companies for insulation installation and other construction work; a responsible company

Have used Chicagoland Sprayfoam multiple times for various projects. They’re honest, respectful of clients needs and thorough with their work. Would definitely use again. They’re extremely busy but worth the wait IMO.

Called a few times and left a message but no answer. Drove to the address from Northbrook because it says they close at 6pm and I arrive to a residence. No business advertisement and no answer at the door.

Contacted them and they never responded.
