Koala Insulation of Northern Illinois

I recently hired Koala Insulation, one of my fellow members from my BNI chapter, to add insulation to our crawl space. These guys were awesome! From start to finish, communication was outstanding. They showed up exactly when they said they would, were super friendly, and delivered a high level of customer service that’s hard to find these days. We’ve had our fair share of contractors who left messes or damaged things around the house, so we were impressed by Koala’s care and attention to detail. They took the time to tarp, protect, and clean up thoroughly—AMAZING. Professional, courteous, and top-notch work ethic. Highly recommend!

Came on time, answered any questions we had. Worked hard and was very polite and respected our property. Showed me after pictures, and cleaned up afterwards.

Koala installed solar attic fan, sealed canned lights & other openings & added 3 to 4 inches of insulation. Chris, Nick & Pablo and entire crew were professional & communicated through out the process. I would recommend them if you need work in your attic or are looking to have a solar attic fan installed.
