We have used Eco Handyman for one project (attic insulation and sealing) and consulted with Nate to plan another (sealing a crawlspace for heat, radon, and mice mitigation). For both, Nate immediately had several good suggestions. The crew that did the insulation work were prompt, friendly, and paid attention to clean up. I think I even heard them singing, showing that they enjoy what they do, even though working in an attic clearly is not fun. Had a gate installed almost 1 year ago and was originally happy with it. We were told that there was also a warranty for it. We contacted them to make repairs at the beginning of December, and no repairs have been made. We have received many excuses and have been ghosted numerous times. We have been patient and understanding, but waiting 7 months for repairs is inexcusable.
