Gio and his team were awesome to work with and they did a great job turning the gross garage of our newly bought home into a space we’re excited to paint and make usable. Trust US was punctual, professional, communicative, and completed the work in a timely manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again! This page isn’t letting me add photos, but trust me, the moldy 30 yo insulation and non-finished walls are now freshly insulated, actually in place, and ready to paint!

USA Insulation was easy to work with, there was no high-pressure sales techniques, and Kelly was super responsive to questions I had after quotation. The price was a bit higher than other comparable solutions like RetroFoam, but I am pleased with their service and professionalism of USA Insulation. I noticed a difference pretty immediately where they did the blow-in insulation in the attic. Can't say for sure how well the injection foam insulation is working in the walls, but I figured it certainly couldn't hurt, and I do think it's helped to reduce noise pollution from outside.

We are so happy with the new insulation. Already it has diminished outside noise and we were able to turn the thermostat down 3°. Nice and cozy in here now and in the garage it is so warm now. The staff from beginning to end have been absolutely wonderful and it was a great experience to work with them. Very pleased and very happy.

Cole and his crew did an amazing job insulating the rim joists on our custom log home - far above and beyond what I expected!

I've hired Cole and his team twice to insulate some less than typical structures. The first time was a shipping container house, the second for a school bus camper conversions. In both cases I was blown away with the results. Cole and his team have exceptional customer service and a high attention to detail. After seeing the work of some other installers, I won't be hiring anyone but PolarPak for any future projects.

With the usual trepidation one experiences when hiring a contractor, it is always a pleasure to encounter a company that exhibits knowledge, professionalism, and a desire to make their customer happy. This, PolarPak did from start to finish. Cole (owner) and Loren showed up, on time, to fix the cause of mold on the interior of my exterior walls. Typical fiberglass insulation creates a barrier, allowing condensation to occur whenever freezing outside temperatures meets inside home temps, with the end result -mold. They covered everything, including the floor, before they started. Then, carefully viewing the job before them (I had just installed a fire block which created a challenge), they sprayed foam everywhere it was needed, plus a few extra areas that I asked them to take care of. They did all this with a smile. I highly recommend PolarPak for your home insulation needs. And besides mold remediation, their process stops insect infiltration and drafts. Very nice.
