I just received attic insulation from Arvada Insulation. I'll save you the time on shopping around, Arvada Insulation was the most competitive quote by far. I was new to the attic insulation process, so I received quotes from several other vendors in the area to get a baseline. More importantly, Phil was very easy to work with. Friendly, honest, and straight to the point. Phil gave me a quote, and maintained the price throughout. Even after making several repairs and modifications to improve the integrity of my attic beyond the insulation. Vic was also nice. He enthusiastically showed me how the fiber glass hopper worked. Phil was careful to keep the work area clean, and the fiber glass insulation was not as dusty or messy as I would have expected. I will be recommending Arvada Insulation to anyone in the area :)

I had a great experience with Phil & Arvada Insulation. One of the bedrooms in our 1959 house was always colder in the Winter and warmer in the Summer. Now that it was a nursery for our baby boy we needed to do something about it. After trying a new vent and cellular shades I decided it was time to try to get the walls insulated, which felt like it would be a daunting (and expensive!) task. I called Phil from Arvada Insulation because I knew he was local to my neighborhood. Phil talked me through his process and my options to blow in insulation into the walls then scheduled a same day estimate. He was right on time for the estimate (though I almost napped through it) and throughly reviewed the room inside and out then provided my options and a hand-written estimate at a shocking reasonable price. I was hesitant about how my exterior brick/mortar would look following the project and Phil went the extra mile by showing me some other properties where he had done similar work and creating a new mortar sample just for me. On the day of the project Phil again showed up on-time, was respectful of my property, and did an extremely professional and thorough job. The best part is that it actually WORKED! My baby’s nursery maintained heat 3-4 degrees better than it had before which is such a huge relief. I highly recommend Phil & Arvada Insulation and will most definitely be calling him for future insulation projects.

These guys were fantastic. I knew the insulation in my attic was low (around 6–10 inches), so they came out, assessed the situation, and provided a quick, clear estimate. I considered doing it myself, but for just a bit more money (and a lot less time and hassle) it made so much more sense to have them handle it. I'm glad I did. The upstairs temperature has dropped by about 5°+ on 90° days, and now it's roughly the same as downstairs which is huge for my A/C unit and electric bill.

Koala Insulation did a fantastic job upgrading the insulation in our attic and other parts of the house. They identified key areas for improvement, and the project plan earned praise from our home energy advisor. When it was discovered on the day the work was to take place that an issue with construction of our house prevented the project from happening as originally planned (and bid), Koala worked to troubleshoot the issue and provided us with a compromise solution that was fairly priced and still allowed for maximum insulation benefit under the circumstances. The Koala team who did the work were friendly, professional, and great to have around. They finished the job quickly and cleaned up completely afterward. We’re looking forward to greater comfort and energy savings this winter!

Absolutely the best service! A year ago we needed to replace a room of insulation for mice mitigation. Koala helped out. They were very professional, on time, and efficient. We decided to finish a bathroom in the basement. So, I called to see if they could do the same thing a remove and replace the insulation. I talked to Justin, and glad I did. He was immensely helpful. He gave great advice and actually did something most businesses don't these days. He actually said the price to do this would be more expensive to go with them, and walked me through how to do it myself and save hundreds! Koala Insulation of Boulder: I contacted Chris White from Koala Insulation of Boulder in late November and he was able to get me scheduled before the holidays. His spray technician Bernie and assistant Brandon showed up promptly on the morning of installation. They were both very professional, polite and friendly. I was communicated to exceedingly well, and knew from start to finish what was happening. Care in clean up was also done well. My back office and garage attic now feel much warmer and quieter and these efficiency improvements will add value to my home. I can now do some final wiring and finish work with confidence. UPDATE: It's been over a month now and I'm so happy I did this! I used to know how cold it was outside the second I put my feet on my bedroom floor, but now I have no idea because it's toasty warm! Thanks again guys! - - - I'm a hard guy to impress, but impress me they did! Devin was thorough when we went over my needs, and he was great with communication and getting me an estimate quickly. The price for the foam insulation job was very reasonable (I'd looked previously and had sky high estimates). The Job. My house has numerous rooms with cantilevers that overhang the level below, and they were poorly insulated in the late 70's. The floor over these cantilever areas was freezing all winter long! I had enough, time to fix it properly! Bernie was the specialist that was sent to do my job and he was great! He and his assistant were extremely courteous, professional and clean! They went above and beyond when hearing what was most important to me, and did an outstanding job! They were fast, polite and made a big effort to work cleanly. Amazing service, the team was very quick, got us in earlier than expected and was in and out quickly. They added more insulation than I expected and left our house very clean. We opted for the solar fan and added a few soffits. Man was that the right move. After adding central air to our house we noticed the upstairs would not cool down when sun was shinning on house but after this service it is night and day difference. Our AC isn’t running all day, we are cool and saving tons of $$

Connected with Ascend through the Fort Collins energy rebate program. Talked with Lizzy on the phone and Chris came out for the estimate. Super easy to work with and great communication all around. We decided to have our attic sealed (spray foamed) and new blown-in insulation installed. When it came time to do the work, Pete and crew were all very polite, professional and kept our home clean during the process. Again, communication was outstanding. Never was I wondering where we were at in the process or what was happening next. Work was completed on time with no outstanding issues. Highly recommend and will use them again for future projects.

I've hired Cole and his team twice to insulate some less than typical structures. The first time was a shipping container house, the second for a school bus camper conversions. In both cases I was blown away with the results. Cole and his team have exceptional customer service and a high attention to detail. After seeing the work of some other installers, I won't be hiring anyone but PolarPak for any future projects.

With the usual trepidation one experiences when hiring a contractor, it is always a pleasure to encounter a company that exhibits knowledge, professionalism, and a desire to make their customer happy. This, PolarPak did from start to finish. Cole (owner) and Loren showed up, on time, to fix the cause of mold on the interior of my exterior walls. Typical fiberglass insulation creates a barrier, allowing condensation to occur whenever freezing outside temperatures meets inside home temps, with the end result -mold. They covered everything, including the floor, before they started. Then, carefully viewing the job before them (I had just installed a fire block which created a challenge), they sprayed foam everywhere it was needed, plus a few extra areas that I asked them to take care of. They did all this with a smile. I highly recommend PolarPak for your home insulation needs. And besides mold remediation, their process stops insect infiltration and drafts. Very nice.

Cole and his team did a great job insulating my A-Frame style garage building. It was a challenging job, and they nailed it. It makes a huge difference. The building is now comfortable, regardless of the temperature outside.

I hired RG Insulation to install baffles and blow additional insulation in my attic. Everyone I dealt with from the salesman who quoted me the price to the two gentlemen who performed the work were very professional. They took care to protect my floors and prevent mess. They did an excellent job in a short period of time and then made sure I pleased with their work. Plus, their price was excellent as compared to competitors. Highly recommend!

We obtained in-home quotes from several insulation companies to upgrade our home insulation, air seal, and install a whole house fan. After narrowing it down to 2 possible contractors, we chose Timberline Insulation. We were VERY happy with our choice. Reed's in-home inspection was very informative and we found him to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. Their quote was more competitive than the others. He and his 3 man crew were very efficient, tidy, and organized. They completed the extensive job in 1.5 days and were very conscious to leave the area very clean at the end of each day. I give them my HIGHEST recommendation.
