I just received attic insulation from Arvada Insulation. I'll save you the time on shopping around, Arvada Insulation was the most competitive quote by far. I was new to the attic insulation process, so I received quotes from several other vendors in the area to get a baseline. More importantly, Phil was very easy to work with. Friendly, honest, and straight to the point. Phil gave me a quote, and maintained the price throughout. Even after making several repairs and modifications to improve the integrity of my attic beyond the insulation. Vic was also nice. He enthusiastically showed me how the fiber glass hopper worked. Phil was careful to keep the work area clean, and the fiber glass insulation was not as dusty or messy as I would have expected. I will be recommending Arvada Insulation to anyone in the area :)
I had a great experience with Phil & Arvada Insulation. One of the bedrooms in our 1959 house was always colder in the Winter and warmer in the Summer. Now that it was a nursery for our baby boy we needed to do something about it. After trying a new vent and cellular shades I decided it was time to try to get the walls insulated, which felt like it would be a daunting (and expensive!) task. I called Phil from Arvada Insulation because I knew he was local to my neighborhood. Phil talked me through his process and my options to blow in insulation into the walls then scheduled a same day estimate. He was right on time for the estimate (though I almost napped through it) and throughly reviewed the room inside and out then provided my options and a hand-written estimate at a shocking reasonable price. I was hesitant about how my exterior brick/mortar would look following the project and Phil went the extra mile by showing me some other properties where he had done similar work and creating a new mortar sample just for me. On the day of the project Phil again showed up on-time, was respectful of my property, and did an extremely professional and thorough job. The best part is that it actually WORKED! My baby’s nursery maintained heat 3-4 degrees better than it had before which is such a huge relief. I highly recommend Phil & Arvada Insulation and will most definitely be calling him for future insulation projects.
After getting a great quote from Arvada Insulation for my attic insulation job, I accepted and got scheduled quickly. It included the sun room which another company had missed. I was impressed with his knowledgeable approach, and how good the results were. Thanks Phil and Vic, I will be recommending you in the future!

I’ve used Vectra to install AC in two homes, and both times I’ve been incredibly happy with the knowledge, work, pricing, and financing options. This is the company I will use for any HVAC needs going forward. My rep Dusty has done a great job explaining his thought process on what the home actually needs versus what sales pitches we got from other companies. We have done both central air and mini split installs with him and his team, and he clearly knows his stuff and will work with you on what actually accomplishes the job and what makes sense based on your home’s construction. The install team of Jake and Doc on our most recent project did a great job, even took the time to move a few things around to make the lines fit our trim and siding to preserve the facade of our 100 year old house.
We hired Vectra this summer after the major rain event in July left our old evap cooler system leaking and the venting was damaged. We called another company initially to do a service call but instantly they just suggested a new system and used scare tactics. We almost went with them but decided to get a second opinion with Vectra. We have not regretted that decision. From the initial email contact, they were very professional and asked detailed questions to understand the scope of the issue before even sending out someone. On the day of the diagnosis appt, we met Elliott and he was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, polite, and very reassuring in how he approached his assessment. He took the time to look at all parts of the current install, take pictures and even went into the attic(other company did not do that and just suggested cutting new holes in our roof and doing lots of additional work that seemed excessive). He then explained what issues were occurring. And then suggested a level headed approach. One of the best service calls we have had. It was suggested we get a whole new system installed and redo the install as well to properly ensure longevity. We also had to have our electric service redone and a new box installed. Vectra handled getting a subcontractor for the project. Come day of the install, it was a flurry of activity but from the electrician team to the install team of Leo and Jake, It was awesome. We were scheduled for 4days of work. But the electrician re-ran a new service feed and panel plus junction box in less than a day. The install team worked as if they had 50 people and got the new unit, ducting, and mounting of the new evap install before the end of lunch time on the first day. Initially we were worried about an extended time without power because of medical equipment but Elliot provided a generator for this and for our freezer for the short 3 hours we did not have power. By the end of the second day, we had our new evap cooler setup and electricity upgrades all done. Vectra also got a drywall contractor to fix the area around the main drop vent that was originally water damaged. Overall, Vectra is an amazing company...we had constant contact with our PM/Service tech Elliott. He coordinated with all necessary trades and teams from Vectra, including his supervisor to ensure we were happy for the entire project. We have always struggled to find a competent HVAC company but with Vectra, we now know they are the only choice because of how awesome they did.
Our Heater was not working here at Pine. We called Vectra Mechanical, and they showed up the same day we called them. The technician was really nice and had our office warm very quickly. He also took the time to explain what had happened. We really liked the service .

Had a gate installed almost 1 year ago and was originally happy with it. We were told that there was also a warranty for it. We contacted them to make repairs at the beginning of December, and no repairs have been made. We have received many excuses and have been ghosted numerous times. We have been patient and understanding, but waiting 7 months for repairs is inexcusable.
Didn't show up on time then realized later that the repairs where not done properly do not recommend for roof repairs.
Won’t return my calls after a roof leak shortly after replacement, I will update this review if this is resolved.
