I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Koala for my home insulation project. Kayla came over to give me an initial quote on my project and she was INCREDIBLY thorough with her initial estimate. She took a ton of pictures, explained what she thought we should do and gave me a detailed breakdown of prices and options. This is after I had a handful of other companies come out to give quotes and they didn't spend anything over 5 minutes before naming a price. One guy didn't even go up into my attic! I decided to have all of my old insulation removed because it was dirty and insufficient. Also, by starting with an empty attic, I could have Koala do an air sealing project for me as well. Andy and Enrique came over to do the removal and they were amazing! They were thorough and made sure the job was done right. I had a couple of weeks between the re-install to do some electrical work, but I had some additional questions come up. Kayla was incredibly responsive to my emails and answered everything additional I could ask. She really made me feel comfortable with my decision to work with Koala. Andy and Enrique came back a couple weeks later and did the air-sealing and re-insulating in one day. They were real pros again and were super considerate and efficient with their work. Those guys are incredible! In the weeks since getting the air sealing and insulation done, our furnace has barely even turned on. Our house is holding heat better and I imagine our bills will be reduced because of it! If you are thinking about getting insulation done for your home, don't waste your time calling anyone other than Koala. Their work is top-notch, communication is excellent, and they even have financing options that aren't an absolute pain to deal with. Kayla, Enrique and Andy are all amazing and I can't recommend them enough!

My 1972 ranch home had the original 4-5” of fiberglass insulation which I have been putting off adding more till I found the right insulation company to do the upgrade. Having a kitchen in-line exhaust fan, radon mitigation fan, and 30” whole house fan in the attic, I wanted to ensure easy access to such as well as for future inspections. All the companies I questioned, suggested just stepping on the recommended additional 12” or more of blown-in where the ceiling joists are, packing it down and forming a walkway. I didn’t like that idea, and wanted something elevated, to not disturb it. I went to the “2025 Denver Home and Garden Show” and the owners Corrie and Tanner, who, when I described my needs, offered to build a suspended catwalk and showed pictures of past projects. They answered my numerous questions correctly, in my opinion. Corrie, who does inspections and quotes gave me a ball park including the catwalk. A week later, she thoroughly inspected my attic, pointing out the opportunities and went over my options, including an Xcel gas rebate that I might qualify for, etc., with obvious experience and skill. Also, I was offered an upgrade to an insulated self opening/closing cover for my whole house fan, which would still be a source of heating/cooling loss after blown-in insulation around an open box. I agreed to the attic fan custom add-on, and catwalk. Corrie set me up with an appointment 1 week later for her to perform the pre/post blower door and water heater CO etc. tests for the rebate and to ensure safety after sealing the attic, and for Isaac and crew to complete the job in one day. Everything about my experience was 5-star, appointment text notifications, knowing what they were doing, asking the right questions, having the answers to mine, and especially the work performed. I took the day off from work to be at home while they performed the work, and liked everything about my experience with the crew. Highly recommended, and very happy with the results. Here are some photos I took after they installed the catwalk, above and below before the blown-in, then the same afterwards to 16.9” for R-60. I don’t have a photo of the auto opening/closing insulated hallway house fan yet, but can see the results from within the house visually looking through the lower louvers, and with my ir thermometer, comparing before and after temps.

Jason responded to my request for a quote immediately and had the numbers to me the same day. He spent time explaining why I was experiencing heat loss and what steps could be taken to lower my energy bill. He provided multiple insulation options for our home and because of his responsiveness we went with his company. They guys were quick, respectful and clean. They got our job done in a half day. My electric bill was cut in half so the investment into the insulation was well worth it, pays for itself almost. We especially appreciated the military/first responder discount. Jason was even nice enough to come out and help me troubleshoot another issue after the job was complete. I 100% recommend this company.

His spray technician Bernie and assistant Brandon showed up promptly on the morning of installation. They were both very professional, polite and friendly. I was communicated to exceedingly well, and knew from start to finish what was happening. Care in clean up was also done well. My back office and garage attic now feel much warmer and quieter and these efficiency improvements will add value to my home. I can now do some final wiring and finish work with confidence. UPDATE: It's been over a month now and I'm so happy I did this! I used to know how cold it was outside the second I put my feet on my bedroom floor, but now I have no idea because it's toasty warm! Thanks again guys! - - - I'm a hard guy to impress, but impress me they did! Devin was thorough when we went over my needs, and he was great with communication and getting me an estimate quickly. The price for the foam insulation job was very reasonable (I'd looked previously and had sky high estimates). The Job. My house has numerous rooms with cantilevers that overhang the level below, and they were poorly insulated in the late 70's. The floor over these cantilever areas was freezing all winter long! I had enough, time to fix it properly! Bernie was the specialist that was sent to do my job and he was great! He and his assistant were extremely courteous, professional and clean! They went above and beyond when hearing what was most important to me, and did an outstanding job! They were fast, polite and made a big effort to work cleanly. Amazing service, the team was very quick, got us in earlier than expected and was in and out quickly. They added more insulation than I expected and left our house very clean. We opted for the solar fan and added a few soffits. Man was that the right move. After adding central air to our house we noticed the upstairs would not cool down when sun was shinning on house but after this service it is night and day difference. Our AC isn’t running all day, we are cool and saving tons of $$

We recently had REenergizeCO perform a Home Energy Audit, and we were extremely pleased with the results! Marissa did a fantastic job with the audit--she was very knowledgable, worked quickly and efficiently, and was very friendly. (As an added bonus, our dog fell in love with Marissa and she might be his new best friend.) The report that we received was helpful in identifying improvements that we want to make to our house to make it more energy efficient, and we appreciated receiving an associated quote to perform the suggested work so we had an idea of how much the upgrades would cost. Overall, we would definitely recommend working with REenergizeCO, especially because of Marissa's great customer service!

Following an energy audit I came across this Xcel Energy registered company. Dexter and his team did a great job upgrading the insulation in our attic to current standards. They were the only company that offered to squeeze into two lower attic areas to also address the insulation there. The team was technically strong, very friendly and considerate, overall everything worked out very well. Two areas that required follow-up: - attic hatch - rather than just increasing the insulation, as proposed, we decided to completely redo the hatch - dam - single wall cardboard was used around the furnace, that does not hold up to physical impact during routine maintenance work in that area. Particle board as used around the hatch should have been specified Costwise Reenergize CO was the highest of 4 quotes, but they also were the ones that were most flexible.

I waited 2 years after getting my solar to write this because I wanted to make sure the company resolves problems that arise post-installation. They do. They have always been super responsive. Also, they just seem like nice people who are not out to steal your money. I noticed this the first time I met one of them. He came to the house to test whether for air leaks and other energy losses. In the end, he told us our house is in great shape and didn't need any work. How often does a contractor tell you that? They installed the solar over the course of two weeks. We had a panel go off line a few months later. They came out and fixed it within two weeks or so. We had a wifi disconnect, they came out to fix that too. No fuss. Great company.

I have been remiss in leaving this review but the hotter it gets, the more grateful I am for Robert and his team. I started with 1,000 SF of attic space and an R rating of about 10. Robert recommended R60 for Denver. His team came in over 2 days and removed my old insulation, sealed the attic, blew in new insulation. Everything was efficient, clean, and as unobtrusive as possible. Additionally, Robert completed a handful of other little things that needed done in the attic and installed more vents. All that is enough reason to hire them but my house is staying so much cooler. My evaporative cooler is keeping up better. We have yet to put in the window AC unit and every room in the house is more comfortable. Then, Robert filed for the rebate with Xcel. I didn’t have to do anything. Please hire this team. They are worth it.

Had our attic sealed and insulation re-blown. First, if you’re considering it, do it. Makes all the difference - your rooms are not just warmer, but temperature is much more even. Not something you can get by just blasting the furnace. Robert and his team were great. He himself was on site everyday and doing the work, and ensuring his team was being thorough. He’s also just extremely knowledgeable and thinks of things none of the other 3 companies I got quotes from did. And he was the only one to actually go in the attic to build a quote, which is a big deal for me. We found a couple issues he built a plan around fixing the others did not.

Excellent attic insulation removal and upgrade experience. Corrie did a thorough inspection, providing photos of all the key areas in the attic that needed to be addressed. Walked me through the various insulation options - and notably I did not feel pressured to go with the most expensive solution - she indicated for our type structure it wasn't the best path. On the day of the install, the team was on time and knew exactly how to proceed. Minimal interruptions, and again when complete, they provided many photos showing before / after. Team also performed the tests needed to qualify for the Xcel rebates and everything passed successfully. Excellent experience overall - highly recommend.

Level Up Insulation was contracted by my pest control service, Saela, to mitigate a mice & rat infestation in my home's crawl space. Two technicians, Afren and Alberto, removed all the contaminated wall insulation and the ground moisture/radon barrier in the crawl space. They sanitized the crawl space, then installed new wall insulation and radon barrier over the ground. They bagged all the contaminated materials and disposed of it all without leaving a trace behind (they protected the basement living area and 1st floor hallways with plastic sheeting). Afren and Alberto were friendly and professional, and super hard-working. That job would've taken me a week, and they banged it out in half a day. The finished job looks amazing... clean, bright and fully sealed. I highly recommend Level Up Insulation, as well as Saela Pest Control.

I hired Level Up Insulation to top up the insulation in my house. Scheduling the estimate was easy, all my questions were answered, and the price was excellent. After approving the estimate, the installation happened within 2 days. The technicians from Level Up were very professional. Installation took about 3 hours and at the end, they walked me through the results. I'm very happy with the work that Level Up installation did and would definitely recommend them.

Level Up did a great job insulating our crawl space, which included spray foam in between the floor joists, new insulation around the perimeter, and new vapor barrier on the floor to cover the exposed dirt. They did a great job preparing the path to the project in the house with plastic and did a professional job. We'll use them again on the next project and recommend them to others who need insulation work.

We had our basement and attic insulated. Dustin and his crew were fantastic from the initial visit and estimate until completion. His team was courteous and professional. Recently, we had issues with condensation in our bathroom. We were unsure what to do and when we contacted Dustin, he immediately responded and came to make sure it wasn't a problem his team had caused. It was not their problem, but he explained what is wrong in our bathroom, took pictures, told us what needed to be done and was even willing to help refer us to someone he trusted. We have used Mucilli Brothers twice now and had great experiences both times. George and his crews are very professional, thorough and clean. Our 2nd house has an access to the attic in our master closet and the crew took the time to wrap the opening with plastic in a way that nothing in the closet got dirty. The Insulation portion was done correct with the cleaning and replacing the aid dams for the soffits, sealing penetrations and damming around electrical boxes for ceiling fans, etc. I would recommend Mucilli Brothers to everyone.

George and his crew were top notch! They were quick to provide a quote and answered all the questions I had. It snowed like 12+ inches on the day of the install, and they showed up on-time, shoveled my driveway and knocked out all the work in under 2 hours! Plus they were very careful about not tracking snow/dirt into my home basically treating it like it was their home.

We had Rocky Mountain Retro Foam do our living room on the main level of the house. Before we did our HVAC system could never keep up. When set at 71 the main level would get warmer throughout the day instead of colder. It would run so long our Ecobee would send us a message saying our system wasn’t working properly. Now with just one room on our main level done, our HVAC system can not only get the house down to the desired temperature, it actually shuts off once and awhile. I have attached pictures from our Ecobee home IQ. The picture are almost exactly a year apart, and I don’t think the foam had even fully cured yet. It’s pretty amazing to feel the difference and then have actual stats to back up what we were feeling. I can’t wait to get to he rest of the main level done and then start on the upstairs.

Crew was efficient and thorough and gave me good advice for an additional DIY step I could take to protect even further a problem overhang area. Immediate results made an old addition the same temperature as the rest of the house for the first time. Site was clean at the end despite a lot of drilling and surplus foam during the process.
