Had an issue with my HVAC that a technician from Thorsen's was able to diagnose and fix really fast. The technician had great attention to detail and also fixed a wiring issue which was not up to code and could have been a problem later on. Really grateful for a smooth service
This morning Rick 1358 with Thorsen’s-Norquist serviced the a/c units at three of my locations starting 8:15am & ending at 11:45am. He was on time, used boot covers when entering all locations. He was very friendly, professional, thorough & explained everything he was testing & checking. You could tell Rick takes pride in his work & like his job. He also pointed out if there were any issues & if parts would need to be replaced. I told him that I’ve had my units serviced twice a year for many years & he’s been the most thorough technician I’ve ever had. If you need your a/c units serviced you need to request Rick he’s amazing. Thank you again for caring & doing a great job today. 04/28/2025
I had a great experience with Thorsen’s Heating and Air. the technician Urvan was polite, on time, and very professional throughout the entire visit. I really appreciate the they wore booties to keep my floors clean - it’s the little details that show they care. Urvan also took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, which was really helpful. highly recommend their services!
