The staff is friendly and helpful. They quickly worked me into their schedule. The work crew were efficient, knowing exactly what needed to be done, and cleaned up the area after they were done. I would definitely use Straight Edge Roofing again.
We had a roof leak and called around for a few inspections. Michael was the first to return our call and even was able to inspect our roof before the other three companies called us back. Michael inspected our roof, photographed the troubled areas and shared the photos of our roof with us. He took the time to educate us on areas of routine maintenance (we have a tile roof, I took for granted that it was maintenance free). Michael provided us an estimate with a contingency of potential areas of further damage, as well as correct a “fix” the last roofer charged us for. The estimate was very fair. He was able to schedule us in the following week before the next rain hit. The crew showed up on time and ready to work. They shared the after photos with us as evidence the job was completed. They also did an excellent job cleaning up behind them. I love that it’s a local family owned business. We highly recommend Straight Edge Roofing to any and all who’ll listen.
