Scheduling was easy and I received a call beforehand to confirm. The technician was great! Very knowledgeable, kind, and honest.Fixed our gas fireplace with a new thermocouple and connected the switch for easy off and on from the wall as opposed to the unit. Daniel was wonderful!

We went through a very thorough bid process, getting proposals from several highly rated companies. In the end, California Indoor Comfort with Keith and his team was the best choice for us. Keith went above and beyond to answer every question, provided three different system options without any pressure, and explained the pros and cons of each in detail. He also offered indoor air quality product options upon request and was always prompt in his responses. We were specifically interested in an inverter system or at least a 2-stage unit, and Keith’s expertise helped us confidently choose a Trane XV18 heat pump. Their labor warranty was competitive and unlike anything we were offered by other companies. Installation by Daniel and Jose was excellent. They worked with care, made ductwork adjustments to fix a hot zone in our home, and returned promptly to install the UV system we added. The final install looks clean, the system runs beautifully, and the entire process was professional, responsive, and pressure free. We are very happy with the result and look forward to working with California Indoor Comfort for years to come as they service our equipment. All smoke detector batteries were changed and the one in living room must be up 20 feet. Daniel was technician that came out and was so polite and nice and handled it quickly and efficiently. He even changed out a few light bulbs that were burnt out for me as being a senior I can't go up a ladder. I recommend them highly and will inform all family, friends and clients. We have had the BEST experience with this company. We first got an appointment for them to install a house fan to use when we want the cooler air from the outside to come inside the house, if the inside is hotter than the outside. They installed it quickly and showed me instructions on how to use it. A few weeks later, we get an appointment for installing a new HVAC unit. Ours was super old and used so much energy that our PGE bill doubled from one month to the next! I can't share any details with how much the new bill will be yet but I am very hopeful about this one. The new A/C is currently on and I can already tell the difference! It is way more powerful as I can feel the whole house feeling cold already. Pictured are photos of the updated tech controls. Through the fresno county EOC HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. They were able to install us a new water heater. The workers get their job done. Fast friendly service.

They came into our home and insulated and replaced fixtures and they were great. They had told me the light bulbs were 10 yr bulbs and if I needed to replace them to call them. I did call after an outside light went out and was told they only guarantee 1 yr and that my bulb was a two prong bult which they longer have. I took the bulb out and they were wrong. I am having trouble getting a bulb bright enough for the outside.

Minus 5 stars. I called the company because one of the employees threw muddy water on me and the owner Mr. Fisk told me "there perfectional and been working for me for 20+ years." Horrible man and employees! Go anywhere else
