Had to replace our over 20 year-old Fujitsu ductless mini split heating/cooling system due to no parts available anymore. Purls installed a Carrier system as a perfect replacement plus added an extra unit. Chuck and his team were very professional and did an excellent job with the whole process. All of them really knew their stuff.

I'd like to wholeheartedly thank and praise the young technician, Christian, who serviced my unit today. My experience with him was the exact opposite of the day before when a competitor's technician looked at the same unit. Not only did the competitor's tech fail to fix the problem, they essentially condemned the furnace and told me I was looking at either an $8,000 repair bill or replacing the whole unit at even greater cost! That tech attempted to pressure me to buy a new unit soon. Don't wait, he exclaimed! It was like dealing with a used car salesman. The Purl's technician, on the other hand, diagnosed the problem in less than a minute and had the furnace working in short order. As I watched, he did a much more thorough inspection that the tech from the competitor. No unnecessary upselling, just competent workmanship and good, straightforward, communication. I am now a Purl's customer and will be recommending them unreservedly. However many "stars" are available to rate this tech, he gets them all.

All of the windows in our house were replaced and the professionalism of Jose and his crew were more than 5 stars! Precision is one of the best contractor's I've worked with. They've worked on my home and my rental properties and do impeccable work with reasonable prices. With the last project, they also did the trim work and painting - all within a few days.
