I highly recommend Phoenix Insulation! I got my attic cleaned, rodent proofed, and insulated with Phoenix Insulation. Raphael provided me with a competitive quote and kindly walked me through the process, answering all my questions. On the day of, the crew arrived on time. The crew leader Jorge was very professional, friendly and accommodating. There was an accidental crack in the drywall during the process, but Raphael and Jorge made sure to get it addressed and fixed as if it never happened. When they were done, Jorge made sure to double check all the electric outlets. They did a great job with the attic insulation and I appreciated their communication.

Had my blown- in cellulose attic insulation done by Advanced Insulation System. Victor and Tiger did a really great job. They took special care to keep my house clean by laying paper runners and hanging plastic sheeting. Everything was explained well and Victor showed me the final result which looked great and was professionally done. Looking forward to enjoying a warmer and cooler house. There was a tiny hole in our ceiling and an employee (I wish I remembered his name - Marco?) repaired it for us. I highly recommend California Attic and Build for your next attic project. They offer free attic inspection and illustrate well about their steps of old installation removal, cleaning, sanitizing, sealing and insulation reinstallation by pre-recorded video clips. I was offered $5000 for the approximately 850 sqft attic project with a 10% discount at the end of the inspection. This is my first time contracting a house project. Without other homework, I accepted the offer on the inspection work shown by the picture and video I received from the inspection. On the day of the work, four young workers arrived on time, set up the work environment that prevented dirt pollution of the house on their work path from the street, through one bedroom window to the attic. They proceeded to work following the steps. By noon time, the lead of the four informed me that sanitizing and sealing was completed and they would start the new installation after a brief break for lunch. They returned to work shortly afterwards and completed the blown in the latest CA code cellulose installation around 2pm. A few days later, I received an email from California Attic and Build with the invoice and the pictures of the attic that show the work in progress to completion, nice work! I particularly appreciate their caring customer service, clear communications and extra effort to address my extra requests.

Rats are gone – and so is the stress! California Attic & Build did an amazing job getting rid of the rats in our attic. From the first inspection to the final walkthrough, they were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They sealed up every entry point, cleaned and sanitized the attic, and made sure the problem was fully taken care of. Communication was clear the whole way through, and they genuinely cared about making sure our home was safe and rodent-free. Highly recommend them if you want the job done right the first time!

This company did great work for us! I bought my house in 2019 and it did not have any attic insulation and was rodent infested without my knowledge. Dan and his crew eliminated the rodent infestation, blocked future rodent access and fully insulated the, attic. It was still hot weather when the work was done, but the house cooled immediately. We have not needed to use our air conditioning since then. Now that it is cooler, the temperature has remained constant and comfortable. Even though we have solar, I anticipate that next summer's energy use will be much less. We also feel that the price we paid was very fair. We recommend them highly!

Attic Heroes put insulation in my attic, and I had them come back about a year later to encapsulate my crawl space. They were communicative, they offered a very reasonable price relative to some other quotes I got, and they did solid work. I recommend them for both attic and crawlspace work! I'll also say that compared to some other companies I got quotes from, they were far less pushy and salesy. I had a different company make it seem like my whole house was about to come apart at the seams if I didn't sign up for all their (very overpriced) services, but Attic Heroes did none of that. Their pricing and recommendations seemed very practical and fair.

Attic Heroes installed insulation, a vent smart fan, and replaced air ducts, all at a great price. The technicians were fast and clean up was excellent. Fidel even replaced my attic lid which was previously damaged. In all, the service was great!

Just had my attic cleared, cleaned, and insulated by Attic Construction. The crew did a great job - they were prompt, professional, and quick! They first covered up the floors and walls with plastic to protect and keep them clean. They removed the old insulation using a giant vacuum. Next, they sanitized the attic and finally, installed a thick layer of new insulation. The process was much easier, quicker, and cleaner than I had anticipated.

This company is great! I called because my house was way to hot in the summer and my feet would freeze in the winter. My free estate was done by Adam. He called with his arrival time and was very polite and professional during his visit. I was impressed with the services provided like clean up, rodent proofing and sanitation, and the R value that they offered. My appointment was scheduled for a few days later on the spot. The work crew was just as professional and thorough. They worked till they were done on a very hot day and all the employees are very happy friendly people. I would recommend them to anyone. We had a very good experience from start to finish with Attic Projects. I chose this company based on significant research and was not disappointed. Paul made me feel very assured with my choices, and went above and beyond to help correct a few issues that inevitably come up through the construction process. I recently had a roof replaced, and Attic Projects did a complete clean, seal and sanitize, checked the electrics in the roof, identified and installed missing ducting, and installed a radiant barrier. Very competitive, price wise, and very good customer service. Brandon in the office was also great, as was the installation team: Jesse, Eduardo, and Aaron.

I just had a service from Attic Projects Company to remove the old insulation of my Attic, prepare for rodent control and new installation of cellulose and R38 fiberglass batt to my Attic. Paul Lang is a highly professional and knowledgeable project manager who did an outstanding job managing my attic insulation and rodent control project. From the very beginning, he impressed me with his detailed inspection—he took thorough pictures of the problem areas, clearly explained the issues, and offered well-thought-out recommendations along with a transparent breakdown of the costs for each phase of the project. We made the right choice when using Attic Projects to reinsulate our attic! We were particularly impressed with their policy to wait a couple of days after cleaning out the old insulation and rat proofing the attic to make sure the rat problem was eliminated.
