Spray Foam Insulation in Escondido, CA

I am finishing up a permitted construction project to my house in Carmel Valley. While I put some insulation in myself in order to close some sheer walls I wasn't sure I wanted to tackle the whole project. Plus I couldn't find high R-value (17/38) material at the typical big box stores. A day after I contacted JC they showed up and walked the project. Some new construction, some old. I told them I needed to max out the R Value for Title 24 purposes, and my own comfort/utility bills. They let me know the max R Value for stud/joist size, a total of four different sizes. When I got the proposal I asked about Faced insulation and JC gave me an option for Faced, or a metallic sheet vapor barrier. I took the latter. The total price was pretty great for what I asked for, and their supplier seems to undercut the big box prices for material. I returned some bails I had bought retail. Besides the R Value and price being the draw, these guys are just so personable and genuine. I actually wanted to give them the work. So many of the contractors on my project have unique challenges to work with them, it was pretty awesome JC didn't play those games. I gotta give a shout out to the installer too. I am doing a variety of work myself when not too much skill is needed as I'm pretty good at several trades, but what the installer did in six or so hours would have been a painstaking week for me, and my outcome would not have been so well done. Great people, great work, great price. I researched others, I think you should call JC too. Just good people.

I'll tell you these guys were awesome. They came in and made the plastic clean tunnel and got to work. Im sorry I did not get the names of the 3 men here but they all were very professional. Im very happy with the work and they cleaned up nicely after co.pletion and gave us the house back the way it was given. Thank you Matan

We have been fighting mice/rats for a couple months now and pest control companies would only set traps in our attic and dispose of dead rodents. The time finally came to address the root issue and I am so thankful to have found attic guard just from a random google search! We recently had a serious rat infestation in our attic, and Matan and his team at Attic Guard were absolutely incredible. They came out promptly, thoroughly inspected our attic, and quickly diagnosed the problem. They discovered rats in our HVAC system and throughout the attic, identifying exactly where they were getting in and where they had built nests. In addition to handling the infestation, Matan went above and beyond by repairing the weather stripping on our garage door and setting extra traps to ensure the rats were completely gone. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough every step of the way. Matan and his team did an excellent job, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Phoenix Insulation! I got my attic cleaned, rodent proofed, and insulated with Phoenix Insulation. Raphael provided me with a competitive quote and kindly walked me through the process, answering all my questions. On the day of, the crew arrived on time. The crew leader Jorge was very professional, friendly and accommodating. There was an accidental crack in the drywall during the process, but Raphael and Jorge made sure to get it addressed and fixed as if it never happened. When they were done, Jorge made sure to double check all the electric outlets. They did a great job with the attic insulation and I appreciated their communication.

I had Ram Insulation help with my attached garage project. They showed up on time with three-man crew and completed my 20' by 20' garage insulation within a day. They have done very nice and detail-oriented work and my garage looks brand new and ready for the next step.

Miguel and his team were referred to us by our HVAC vendor. We had them remove and replace the insulation in our home. Miguel, Adolfo and the crew were punctual and professional throughout the project. The entire project took 3 days and they did a great job of prepping our home, covering areas to protect and keep clean, removing the old insulation, and cleaning out any remaining debris before installing the new material. Adolfo took the time to explain what would happen during each part of the process including what things I can expect from having the work done. They were also good about the cleanup work when they finished. I already notice the difference in how much the new insulation is helping block out the heat inside my home. Hard working and dedicated crew. Would highly recommend using RAM for your home insulation needs.

Miguel’s team, Hector and Alfonso did an outstanding job of insulating our attic. They came bright and early and blew in insulation as well as laid rolls of insulation throughout our space. They were professional and courteous. They even had to deal with sharing space with a painting crew that was at our house to finish up a project. Super good folks and the insulation project was priced very competitively. Give Miguel a chance to bid for your business. You won’t regret it.
