I just had a service from Attic Projects Company to remove the old insulation of my Attic, prepare for rodent control and new installation of cellulose and R38 fiberglass batt to my Attic. Paul Lang is a highly professional and knowledgeable project manager who did an outstanding job managing my attic insulation and rodent control project. From the very beginning, he impressed me with his detailed inspection—he took thorough pictures of the problem areas, clearly explained the issues, and offered well-thought-out recommendations along with a transparent breakdown of the costs for each phase of the project. Paul was able to provide me with a very reasonable quote. Brandon followed up promptly to coordinate Phase I and Phase II based on Paul’s assessment. The crew stuck closely to the agreed-upon schedule to complete the work. Jessie and his team members Eduardo and Noah were responsible, courteous, and took great care throughout each step of the process. The entire team worked seamlessly together, and their planning ensured the job was done efficiently and effectively. It took a day to remove the old insulation, clean up the area and work on rodent control process, took half day to complete the installation of cellulose and some fiberglass batt after it passed QC on rodent treatment. They also showed great respect for my home by laying down rugs on the floor and stairs and installing plastic sheeting to protect the surrounding areas. The team was not only professional but also very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend Paul Lang and his team for anyone needing attic insulation or rodent control services. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and quality of work were top-notch.

We made the right choice when using Attic Projects to reinsulate our attic! We were particularly impressed with their policy to wait a couple of days after cleaning out the old insulation and rat proofing the attic to make sure the rat problem was eliminated. Having a quality control inspection right before the new insulation was put in, let us know that this job was being taken care of correctly. We had a very good experience from start to finish with Attic Projects. I chose this company based on significant research and was not disappointed. Paul made me feel very assured with my choices, and went above and beyond to help correct a few issues that inevitably come up through the construction process. I recently had a roof replaced, and Attic Projects did a complete clean, seal and sanitize, checked the electrics in the roof, identified and installed missing ducting, and installed a radiant barrier. Very competitive, price wise, and very good customer service. Brandon in the office was also great, as was the installation team: Jesse, Eduardo, and Aaron.
