Use Excellence for a reroof of casita and existing main roof foam repair around new solar panel legs. Extremely thorough preparation including protection of surrounding area from over spray etc. Did prep and foaming one week apart to fit in with my other contractors. Used heavier, more durable flashing than most and installed it the best way possible to prevent future leaks. Nice to work with a contractor who is proud of the end product. Highly recommended.

Great company all the way around
I have to compliment the owner, Mr Young, on his professionalism and thoughtful and honest review of our property. We called him regarding roof problems with our HOA and problems with our current roofing contractor. He explained that he does work only on private residences or businesses, and that he was not interested in doing work for our HOA. In spite of that, he was extremely helpful to us in making decisions about how to move forward to deal with our roofing issues, and it was much appreciated! He talked with us several times on the phone, even though he was busy that day with something personal, and answered many important questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor who will be frank and honest with you, and most likely be very reliable.

Trying to match this tile and color seemed to be an hopeless task, until I called RWC. Not only did they have it, Paul the manager, went up and above to make sure they had the right tile! He also made sure that a novice tile roof installer like myself had all the materials and knowledge I needed to get the job done!!!! Thanks a million!!!!

10 years later I had to have another roof installed, due to they used old tiles and we did not get what we paid for. Our roof has been a nightmare.
They don’t honor maintenance warranty. And after repeated messages left and appointments made, no on shows up.
