We had attic advisors install insulation in our attic and they did a fantastic job. Dominic was awesome when he came out and gave us a quote. He was very thorough and honest in giving us options for our attic. Tyler and the team of installers were professional and and did a great job on the install. Definitely would recommend.

We decided to go with Attic Advisor because Dominic who came out to quote us was honest and had a lot of integrity. They also have competitive prices and seemed to be most thorough. We are very happy with our choice in who we picked to go with. Every employee we have worked with has been nothing but kind, understanding, and easy to work with. Our attic was a disaster and now it is fixed up, cleaned up and properly insulated. They also did a great job containing the debris as I am pregnant and very grateful the protocols they took to look after our health.

Can't say enough good things about the work by Dominic, Tyler and the Attic Advisor team on their work at our new home. The work entailed vacuuming out decades-old insulation from our low-pitch attic, cleaning up past rodent infestations, patching up seams and vent gaps, then returning at a later date to sanitize and clean the attic before installing new blown-in insulation. Throughout the entire process, Dominic, Tyler and their team were respectful of the property, responsive to questions, and flexible when I needed to move dates around because we had other work going on. Everything looks great. I really appreciate the work done by Attic Advisor!

Absolutely incredible service from Attic Guard and the owner Matan. He personally came and did the inspection and let me know everything that was needed to make sure my attic was rat proof & had the proper insulation to code with borax treated cellulose. Even fixed other issues I wasn't aware of. Highly recommend.

We had the AtticGuard team come out to our senior community home near Carmel Mountain, and they did an excellent job replacing our insulation and rodent proofing the house. The team was professional, efficient, and very respectful throughout the entire process. The quality of the work was outstanding, and everything was completed cleanly and on schedule. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend AtticGuard. Several of our neighbors have already chosen to work with them after seeing the work done on our home, and they had the same great experience. Thank you to the AtticGuard team and Matan for a job very well done.

I have been getting several quotes from different companies for spray foam insulation. 951 construction eventually made the best offer, even though is meant a three hour commute for them to our house. The communication with Kevin was very friendly, easy and informative. His team was highly professional and we are very happy with the end result. Thanks again to the whole team!

Had a Whole House Fan installed in our 3100 sq ft home. What an amazing difference it makes when turned on. Can use the A/C less and still enjoy a nice cool home! The installer was prompt, competent and very polite. Highly recommend this company!

I hired this company over a year ago to insulate my adu. The price was fair however the instalation was done poorly. I originally thought insulation could not be messed up but I was wrong. The insulation below the roof was shoved in between the joists and in some areas it was held up with wire, however, many areas did not have this wire and some bays were done with three or four smaller cuts of scrap insulation. Multiple bays below the roof are now uninsulated because they have fallen. I contacted the company multiple times shortly after installation and one of their guys called me to come to out but he would only give me the options of coming the same day or the very next day. I let him know I have tenants with a baby now and that I have to give them 24 hours notice. I have tried calling a couple more times since then and nobody has reached back out. Thank you for taking the time to read this. If you hire this company, make sure they do it right the first time because they will not be back out.

Frequently Asked Questions — Spray Foam Insulation in Wildomar

These are the questions Wildomar homeowners ask most about spray foam cost, R-value, and open- vs. closed-cell foam — with context for local pricing and roughly 35% typical energy savings. Compare the 3 verified Wildomar contractors above for exact quotes.

How much can spray foam insulation save on heating and cooling bills in Wildomar?▼
Homeowners in mixed climates like Wildomar, CA typically see 20–30% reductions in total energy costs after spray foam installation. The savings come from both reduced heating in winter and reduced cooling in summer. The exact savings depend on your home's current insulation, size, and local energy rates, but most homeowners recoup the investment within 3–6 years.
Is spray foam better than fiberglass insulation for homes in Wildomar?▼
For most homes in Wildomar, CA, spray foam outperforms fiberglass significantly. Fiberglass batts insulate but do not air seal — meaning conditioned air still escapes through gaps. Spray foam both insulates and creates an airtight seal, addressing the root cause of energy loss. While spray foam costs more upfront, the performance difference in mixed climates makes it the better long-term investment for most homeowners.
Is spray foam insulation worth the cost?▼
For most homeowners, yes. Spray foam creates an air-tight seal that traditional insulation cannot match, reducing energy bills by 15–35% annually. It also adds structural rigidity, acts as a moisture and vapor barrier, reduces outside noise, and can increase home resale value. The higher upfront cost compared to fiberglass is typically recovered within 3–7 years. One important note: because spray foam creates a very tight building envelope, proper mechanical ventilation is important to maintain healthy indoor air quality and prevent interior moisture buildup. This is typically handled by an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) — a system that brings fresh outside air in while pushing stale air out, recovering the energy from the outgoing air so you don't waste what you paid to heat or cool — or a Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV), which works similarly but is optimized for cold climates. A qualified contractor will assess whether your home needs ventilation upgrades as part of the installation.
How much does spray foam insulation cost in Wildomar, CA?▼
In Wildomar, CA and the surrounding area, spray foam insulation typically costs $1.00–$3.00 per square foot installed, depending on the type and your home's specifics. Open-cell foam runs $0.44–$0.65 per board foot, while closed-cell foam costs $1.00–$2.00 per board foot. A typical 2,000 sq ft home attic in Wildomar costs $2,000–$6,000. Most Wildomar homeowners recoup this investment within 3–7 years through energy savings of 15–35% annually.
What is the difference between open-cell and closed-cell spray foam?▼
Open-cell spray foam is softer, less dense, and less expensive. It expands significantly and is ideal for interior walls, attics, and soundproofing. Closed-cell spray foam is denser, stronger, and provides a moisture barrier — making it better for exterior applications, crawl spaces, and areas prone to flooding or humidity. Closed-cell also has a higher R-value per inch (R-6 to R-7 vs R-3.5 to R-4 for open-cell). One key difference: open-cell foam allows some vapor movement, while closed-cell acts as a vapor barrier — an important consideration for your home's ventilation needs.
How long does spray foam insulation last?▼
Spray foam insulation is one of the most durable insulation options available, with a lifespan of 80+ years when properly installed. Unlike fiberglass batting which can sag and settle over time, spray foam maintains its shape and insulating properties indefinitely. It will typically outlast the building it is installed in.
How do I find a qualified spray foam insulation contractor in Wildomar, CA?▼
When searching for a spray foam contractor in Wildomar, CA, look for ones who are licensed, insured, and have verifiable reviews. Spray foam requires specialized equipment and training — improper installation can cause off-gassing, adhesion failure, or fire hazards. Ask for references, verify their insurance, and get at least 2–3 quotes. A qualified Wildomar contractor will also assess your home's ventilation needs — a tightly sealed spray foam installation requires adequate mechanical ventilation to prevent moisture and indoor air quality issues. FoamMatch pre-screens all listed contractors in Wildomar for licensing and insurance so you can compare verified professionals in your area.
How long does spray foam installation take?▼
Most residential spray foam jobs take 1–2 days depending on the size of the area. A standard attic takes 4–8 hours. After spraying, the foam cures within 24 hours, though most contractors recommend waiting 24–72 hours before occupying the space due to off-gassing during the curing process.
Does spray foam insulation need to be replaced?▼
No — spray foam insulation does not need to be replaced under normal circumstances. Unlike fiberglass insulation which degrades over time, spray foam maintains its R-value and air sealing properties for the life of the building. The only reasons to remove or replace spray foam are water damage, renovation work, or improper original installation.
