He was incredibly professional, super attentive, and just an all-around great guy. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and making sure everything is perfect. Total Comfort came to my house (via my new home build warranty). After explaining issue to the tech Ricardo, he quickly got up in the attic, diagnosed, fixed the problem and explained what he had to do. It seemed like only a few minutes and he was gone. I wouldn’t hesitate using Total Comfort again, even after warranty expires with builder . Thanks again to total comfort and my tech Ricardo.

Ricardo showed up to perform a warranty repair on the heater on my new home. He was able to identify and repair the issue on the spot, and corrected a wiring issue left by the contractor who performed the original install. He was efficient, professional, and skilled at his job.

Great roofing work. They are top notched people, and I am glad they were able to help me. Yes, there are a million roofers out there but 90% of them either can't be trusted or are franchise owned with aggressive sales tactics. They communicated and listened to me through the whole process.

He stayed in contact during the entire process to let us know when we can expect our roofing estimate and start the work. So glad we can finally get this done.

I had a great experience at Ganahl Lumber. I went in to buy the Life Specialty Coating Al system for my deck, which is about 500 square feet. The representative, Caylan, was amazing. She was super friendly and knew everything about the product, which was a huge help. They also offer discounts for large purchases and for contractors, which is a nice bonus. The whole crew was friendly and helpful, and the store itself was very clean. I especially liked how clean the bathrooms were it's definitely better than Nichols in that regard! I would highly recommend Ganahl Lumber.

Well, i usually depend on ganahl lumber representatives and employees to be at their best to alleviate me from having to come pick out quality lumber! I will have to do their job, i guess! All the wood about $1350.00 i paid is defective. i told them i needed the best they could get, and this is the crap they gave me! It's so hard to paint! I am not a happy contractor at this moment!
