We hired company My Insulation Guy to clean, disinfect our attic and replace an old insulation. First of all we really appreciate their effort to save our money (they offered partial replacement, because some insulated area looked good.) It’s nice to see a company that actually is upfront and honest and dealing with people. The other companies that were contacting me, refused to give me a rough estimate, even though I provided the square footage. I didn’t really want someone coming to my house for an appointment without having a basic idea as to what it was going to cost so I wasn’t wasting anyone’s time. I hired My Insulation Guy and we set an appointment for the following week. Corey and Andrew showed up today on time to do my installation of my Insulation. They were extremely professional and very thorough to make sure that everything was covered and protected before blowing in the Insulation They were also very thorough in the cleanup and it was as if they were never here. I contacted Dittemore Insulation for help with our new studio facility in Irvine. We needed to reduce noise coming from an upstairs floor and to prepare for installing an HVAC system in the studio. David Serdinsky was our project manager and he was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions, along with scheduling the estimate and installation. The crew that arrived on the day of the install was extremely friendly and did an unbelievable job installing the black scrim. It looks perfect and really adds to the overall appearance of the studio. They also deserve high praise for cleaning up after the work was completed. I got my old insulation taken out, attic cleaned and install new batt insulation plus radiant barrier. Called 5 different companies and master insulation gave me the best quote and they were willing to do it on a Saturday since I work on the weekdays. We had an attic that included some of the original insulation from a house that was built in 1973, some blown in insulation done in the early 80's, and some insulation in our room additions from 1995. It was a mess and not up to the standards that is required on new builds today. I contacted David after observing the work on his Instagram account. I was impressed with his work and his attention for details! I gave him a call and we scheduled a visit so he could view and provide a quote to remove ALL existing insulation, clean/vacuum all remaining dirt and debris, seal all penetrations in the ceiling and attic walls. Then to install new insulation which included all vertical wall in the attic that were not previously insulated. We chose R38 insulation and we also had him install a reflective barrier on the underside of the roof. We also installed a WMP-50 black radiant barrier in our garage. His team arrived promptly each morning and were hard at work for two days to get everything done. David also came by each day to inspect the work and answer any questions I had. I would HIGHLY recommend Master Insulation if you need any insulation work for your home. Here are some before, cleaning, and completed pictures.

Wow, this company went beyond what I expected from them. I originally hire them to add drywall to my garage so i would be able to hang my cabinets and my tools. They install drywall and painted the whole garage when originally they had only bill me for only painting the new drywall they were installing but the crew was so nice they did the whole garage how awesome is this. And that’s not all they even offer to help me out with my furniture and cabinets to put together. I was impress that they also offer this service cause it made my man cave make over a lot easier. More companies need to have a Project Manager like Vincent Lee. He is very thorough in his Proposal for Attic Guys. He went over every aspects of the work needed to be done with detail pictures of the urgent problems that need to be fixed immediately. Extremely detailed on the rodents and previous rodents and the health issues at hand. The details of how they make it new and hazardous free with a 10 year warranty. Truly a Project Manager with quality standards!

BRAVO ! ! ! Alfredo bid the job for our small attic, and it was clear that he knew his craft and was able to propose a solution that the other business did not think of. He was sincere and honest and measured the entire attic (contrary to the other business that gave us a quote, and which was higher!). Alfredo and Peter were punctual and completed the job in the time that was estimated. Madisen professionally served our administrative needs. And in the end as Alfredo had anticipated, upstairs room was about 2 to 4° cooler than prior during the fall heat wave of 90+ in Pasadena. The photos show how Alfredo suggested that the interior wall have insulation since the afternoon sun was beating down and heating up the room next to it.
