He was communicative, quick, accommodating, and did not stop until the job was completed. All for a reasonable price. No upsell, no needless add-on services, etc. which felt great as a first time homeowner. Would recommend to anyone.

My experience with Pure Eco was outstanding, I was able to get my attic done in 1 day of work with a quick, courteous, very professional crew by Armando. I didn’t replace my air ducts since I moved into my house 12 years ago, I lost air flow and the layout was horribly messy, they need to be changed , it was the original ducts system, I had noticeable temperature differences in most of the rooms around my house after we checked the attic we noticed that there is no insulation at all but roofing debris. We were also affected by the Eaton fire so we were concerned about any potential ash and debris that may or may not have escaped our initial inspector's notice after the fire. He came out to provide an estimate on a Monday and had us scheduled for our insulation to be removed, cleaned, and replaced with new, eco-friendly material by the next Tuesday (mind you, it was 4th of July weekend as well so timing might've been even quicker if not for that). I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now. I started by having Insulation Masters LA insulate just my walls since my budget was tight and I wasn’t ready to do the attic yet. I read online that insulating walls doesn’t make much of a difference, but that’s definitely not true. The back wall in my home gets direct sun in the afternoons and would stay hot for hours, making the inside uncomfortable. After getting the walls insulated, I no longer feel that heat at all. Even though I already had new double-pane windows and doors, the wall insulation really helped block outside noise even more. I didn’t keep track of the temperature difference before, but after the insulation, I noticed about a 10 to 15 degree difference between inside and outside. At that point, my attic barely had any insulation left. Later, I had Danny and the crew clean out my attic completely. I had already started installing a radiant barrier myself, so they finished the job and added new blown-in insulation. There were a few small issues along the way, but everything was handled quickly and professionally. Once the attic was finished, I started seeing an even bigger difference — now I’m getting about a 15 to 25 degree difference between the inside and outside. I’m running my AC a lot less, which is great in this hot California weather. Overall, I’m really pleased with the results and can’t wait to have them come back to insulate my crawl space next.

I had an attic with insulation in desperate need of repair/replacement. On top of that, we also had a rodent problem that we needed cleared up. In hindsight, we probably had the insulation and duct issues *because* of the rodent problem. After calling around for a few quotes, I found the team at 911 Attic. When they came out to give a quote, they were prompt, polite, took time to put shoe covers on, and never once tried to upsell things we didn’t need. They did mention a couple things we could add if we wanted to, but I never felt pressured. Even the way they provided the quote was more professional than I expected (itemized quote that allowed me to electronically review/approve). Then came the day of the job. It was scheduled to begin between 8 and 9, and being used to other types of companies being late (cable companies, I’m looking at you), I was expecting them closer to 9 or 10. I was happily surprised when a crew of four guys arrived at 8:15. They started putting down drop cloths and taped the job so that it reminded me of a professional house painters. They worked all the way through, with only a couple minutes off to grab some water, until the job was done. I checked out the job when everything was wrapped up and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Not only do I have new ducts, new insulation, and fewer rodents (no rodents), I now have a place that I can use as storage that I wasn’t able to before.
