The employees showed up on time. They carefully covered the flooring, doors, and stairs with thick plastic sheets to prevent harm from the heavy rubber hose. They thoroughly vacuumed the old insulating material out of the attic and left the area spotless. Very professional and kind employees. The day Titan came, the technician was very nice and prepared. He went in and before I knew it, he was done. I went in after they were done and saw all the holes and gaps blocked like they said they would. They were so pleasant from the first phone call to the service. I highly recommend this insulation contractor! Jay took the time to explain the pricing details and worked with us on various options. We decided to go with their service, and they arrived right on schedule. The team, led by Todd, did an excellent job. They made sure to protect our floors and properly sealed off the area around the attic. Our attic was old, with insulation scattered everywhere and some pest waste, but they cleaned it all out, installed new insulation, and sealed the edges perfectly.
