The day Titan came, the technician was very nice and prepared. He went in and before I knew it, he was done. I went in after they were done and saw all the holes and gaps blocked like they said they would. They were so pleasant from the first phone call to the service. I am happy with my attic now being rodent proofed!

Adolfo took the time to explain what would happen during each part of the process including what things I can expect from having the work done. They were also good about the cleanup work when they finished. I already notice the difference in how much the new insulation is helping block out the heat inside my home. Miguel’s team, Hector and Alfonso did an outstanding job of insulating our attic. They came bright and early and blew in insulation as well as laid rolls of insulation throughout our space. They were professional and courteous. They even had to deal with sharing space with a painting crew that was at our house to finish up a project. It was discovered our system had a leak in the lines running under a patio. Leor came up with a solution for us and the next day removed the old systems and installed 2 new systems. The crew was efficient, professional, and did quality work. Because of that we had Leor and his crew come back the next day and insulate the attic and install an attic fan. I accepted Leor’s quote, and the installation started, and was finished by the end of the next day - amazing. A crane was required to remove and replace the AC unit on a three story house. His installation crew was very friendly and very good natured. He beat the other quotes by more than two thousand dollars for the same equipment. I recently had Atticare come out to clean and insulate both my attic and crawlspace, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! Sean was my technician — super friendly, on time, and clearly knew his stuff. He showed me photos before and after, explained everything in plain English, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done.

I recently had Atticare come out to my house last year to remove old insulation and then lay down new insulation along with rodent proofing the attic. A little over a year later Rats were still getting into my Attic and even though my warranty had expired Attic care was nice enough to send out their engineer Kyle to address the issue. Kyle spent several hours at my house today to do a thorough inspection and rodent proofing of any access areas were the rats might be getting into my attic. Kyle also repaired my air ducts the rats were chewing, cleaned up the attic of any droppings and completely sanitized. Very happy with the follow up work Kyle was able to complete today.

My experience with Pure Eco was outstanding, I was able to get my attic done in 1 day of work with a quick, courteous, very professional crew by Armando. I didn’t replace my air ducts since I moved into my house 12 years ago, I lost air flow and the layout was horribly messy, they need to be changed , it was the original ducts system, I had noticeable temperature differences in most of the rooms around my house after we checked the attic we noticed that there is no insulation at all but roofing debris. I would highly recommend Pure Eco for any house insulation projects. We had really old insulation in our attic that hadn't been replaced since we moved in a few years ago. We were also affected by the Eaton fire so we were concerned about any potential ash and debris that may or may not have escaped our initial inspector's notice after the fire. The team that Sal sent (Brandon and Evan) did a fantastic job on repiping my 60 year old house here in Long Beach. I found a leak in my tankless water heater closet and called them out to take a look. My house has a slab foundation and turns the leak was coming in from the main-line under the soil and then through the concrete to the water heater closet in the middle of the house. They dug down through the concrete and rather than just asking the guys to patch the galvanized pipes, I figured it best to do a full house re-pipe through my tight attic since the plumbing is 60 years old. Good thing because in the process, another leak was detected in the wall between my bathroom vanities. The guys were friendly and hard-working, the process took 4-5 days and I was informed of where they would have to cut through the walls to connect all the pipes. They definitley routed the pipes in the least invasive way. They also tuned up my HVAC system and tankless water heater while they were here.
